I was told there was no mailbox to deliver my package to even after taking an item from Spectrum out of said box and taking to show them.horriable experience

I have had outgoing mail waiting to be picked up for 4 days. I have also had had a neighbor bring me my outgoing mail that they found a block away laying by the rd while taking their dog for a walk. 3 of them had checks in them to pay bills.
