Called in the middle of the week for pickup on Saturday for day renta on the dump trailer. Was told that is not a problem will put you down just call us when you're ready to pick up and we'll come down and unlock it. Tried calling Saturday morning no answer. Once I finally did get a hold of them they told me that was double booked. And the double booked was for a friend. I already had equipment rented to do what I need to do. They claimed that they will make it right on my next rental however I have not rented from them for over 2 years so it's not like that I would rent from them all the time. Not taking care of their customers but only their friends. Having two people take bookings is not ideal unless you're using a good system to keep track of when the equipment is out. Obviously they're not using a good system.

I have rented from max twice now and it is far from my last time! He’s a ways out of the way for me but having someone as nice to deal with as this company can’t be beat! 10/10 on renting a trailer from these guys!

Their trailer equipment is top notch, commercial grade. Super flexible, letting me pickup even after dark when they weren’t there and return later than planned when the job took longer than estimated.Overall, super chill business approach. Felt like doing business with friends—would work with again!
