This bank is the WORST bank ever!! They lose payments and blame it on the consumer. They harass the elderly and hang up on their consumers. Shut this bank down! Take your money elsewhere people!

This place is a joke. Tried to get a mortgage but they never call back or leave before your appointment time, dont call you to tell you that. And when they call back they are very rude!!!!!!!!

I was calling today 7/14/22 at 4:00 pm all they way to 4:30 pm. They never answered one of my calls they even Started hanging up after one ring. I couldint end up getting a notary done. Had to go to the dmv instead. Very unprofesional and not helpful whwn they wont answer the phone.

worse bank branch no matter if you are the only one in line at drive through it still take them 20 minutes to do transaction ......Montpelier ohio branch in and out in 5 to 10 minutes
