After having an issue with equipment, I have been trying to call them for a month. They keep telling me that someone will call back to get an appointment set up but still no call.

ADD AT THE BOTTOM..... The receptionist that I have spoke to have all been good however we have been waiting for a very very long time for a portable oxygen concentrator that we sent in to be fixed we were told it would take 6 months it's been way over that and they also said they were going to order a new one and it's been four or five months and they're still"Working on it" but my father who is 83 and oxygen dependent 100% of the time just sits waiting for something we have no idea if it truly has been ordered or not....... I posted this 3 months ago made the calls and no one had any idea what I was talking about! I'm so angry about this, my father's insurance covers this it should not be this difficult I work in healthcare and have for 26 years I've NEVER know it to be this hard to get a POC it's not like we can just go to a different company because there will be insurance billing issues... we have done everything we need to do on our end but this company keeps dropping the ball and failing at what they are supposed to be helping with mobility for Oxygen dependent people

I have had very good customer service with Health Care Solutions. Very polite on the phone. Answer all my questions. I get my supplies when needed. I read some of the other reviews and do not have the problems they have.

Extremely poor customer service. Often on hold for lengthy periods. Last time I called phone cut off 3 times. Recently driver left 2 O2 tanks outside in 30 degree weather. Phone people tend to have rude attitude and refer to you has honey and other demeaning names. Not willing to bring O2 if not on scheduled days for your location. I would recommend Okuleys in Defiance.

Horribly incompetant company to work with. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself a lot of time and grief! First of all they do not answer their phone. I have been waiting over a half and hour. First call was hang up after 20 minutes on hold. Phone was finally answered, not by them but regional office of Lincare. I told them that I had maxed out my out of pocket for year which meant I did not want to start over with paying deductable after first of the year. They put me, without my permission, on a rental program which means $350/month! Just go elsewhere! Trust me. These people do not have their act together.

Don't use this company, they set you up to charge you money for equipment, and then never get back with you to pick up. Their phone system is a joke. Prepare to spend extra time and money when dealing with them.

Don't use this company....spend almost 2 hours on the phone got hung up on...can't get my supplies...my CPAP machine isn't working properly grrrrr

I was on an emergency trip for my father's funeral in the ohio/ michigan area. My local oxygen providers(deep south Texas) gave me the name of this office where I could get more oxygen tanks. I spoke to Nicole and she set up a delivery to my hotel! (I thought I would have to go to their office to pick up tanks) Thank you Nicole!Bill brought the tanks to me on a Friday and asked if I'd need more before leaving the area. I told him I would, but that I'd be leaving on sunday morning and I was sure they weren't open on Saturday. Bill proceeded to give me his cell number and told me to call if I needed more tanks. Bill came through for me on Saturday afternoon!I want to thank Health Care Solutions in Bryan, Ohio, for their amazing help in making a difficult trip possible. Thank you Bill and Nicole!

My insurance info wasn't entered correctly in their system. Unable to speak to someone locally because if you are reordering supplies, you are directed to their national call center. I spent an hour being transferred back and forth between departments and was told the situation was fixed. Then I was transferred to the local office who told me they would call me back the next day if the supplies were not able to be ordered. No one called me. I call back to check on the supplies order and was told there was a problem and I would be transferred to an account specialist. I asked what info was needed and was told that was not that person's department.

I am supposed to get "consumables" shipped monthly for a device that I got FROM THEM, in 5 years I have gotten 1 correct shipment. I have tried 3 different times to set up the automatic shipments. I've been sent wrong parts, been told I'm not in thier system, and twice been put on hold and then hung up on while trying to address the issue. I've resorted to buying parts off Amazon because it's easier than trying to deal with this company.

Getting started, veey helpful. Was quoted what I would pay out of pocket, but got bill. 3 times quoted price.Now trying to get them to pick up their equipment. Told one day, stay home all day, No Show.
