“I have been a member of Northwestern Federal Credit Union since the early 90's when it was still Aro's Credit Union. It has always been a great financial institution. We have seen different faces come and go throughout the years, they have always been pleasant ones. I had an issue with a credit card payment from another bank. I was never able to get ahold of someone to get the issue resolved and get the card closed. Not being able to reach out and talk to someone on the phone has got to be one of the most frustrating things to deal with. I was talking to Kenzie about my frustrations with the card and she offered to help. She took her time to sit with me as we reached out to customer service. I was able to get a payment setup and after that had cleared, I came back in and she sat with me again as I called customer service and closed the card. These bigger banks are losing this friendly customer service and "hometown feeling" It's nice to walk into an institution and it feels like your greeted by friends or family. That is what you get here. Keep up the good work ladies!”
