Automated system is freaking trash the life of me and my baby literally depend on insulin been without insulin for a about 1 month but they can't get a new script till the old one is filled but they claim they don't have it...... I NEED MY MEDICINE

This is the worst damn store that cvs has. They have a Voice Mail system now and every time I left (7in a 4 day span) they don't call back when the VM says they will call me back in about 1 hour time. They claim no one has left VM when I left them and so did my wife. CVS DO BETTER. Get some one that will actually do the job and not hire just anyone that don't do there job....I don't care who I made mad with this review. This is why people don't do business with this place.
I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN THIS DAMN STORE!

I come over from pioneer ohio to BryanOhio cvs and they are supposed to close at1:30-2:00 and and I get there before 1:30 and they are always closed before 1:30 . If you're going to close before 1:30 say so

I come in to pick up my prescription, I'm told wait for 15 to 20 min. I sit and wait. I have 6 to 7 others go after me and are told to wait the same time. SOMEHOW the guy that comes first gets put last. Get your system together.. I know stuff happens.. BUT that was outrageous

Pharmacy at this location is the worst. Rude staff, highly inefficient, and zero quality control. Do yourself a favor and transfer your scripts elsewhere.

My most recent visits at CVS store and pharmacy have been very obliging. Felt being at old times pharmacies when the family pharmisist was very personal with the customer.Almost like going back in time.

I waited over 2 HOURS FOR MY MEDICINE SAID IT WOULD ONLY BE HALF HOUR 45 MINUTES!! IM WAITING ON PAIN MEDICINE FOR A BROKEN TOOTH! THIS IS RIDICULOUS LOOKS LIKE I'M GOING TO BE DOING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
