If there was an option to give 0 stars...the current staff here was absolutely unacceptably rude to me when I was picking up a prescription at 7:30pm on Monday night (11/14/2023). The pharmacy registers were the only ones open and the two techs that were working with me insisted that only a prescription with the wrong name was sent in by my doctor. they made me call the doctor myself at 8pm to address this. I had the doctor on the phone and she asked if I could have them pronounce the entire name of the prescription...they finally gave me the whole name and then proceeded to ridicule me for undermining them. Acted like they didn't know the difference between prescriptions. I was nothing but kind to these workers and doing what I was told which was to call the doctor. They told me that they are busy on Monday nights and how would they know the difference and if I'm not happy with their work I can get the hell out. Another lady left the counter while I was waiting, she was crying. She said that this facility had "messed up" her baby's prescription twice and she just had to have her prescriptions forwarded to Walgreens. DONT FILL YOUR SCRIPTS HERE! If it weren't for the sealed bottle of pills I had received, I firmly believe they would have messed up my prescription with spite! I can't believe the disrespect. DONT SHOP HERE, DONT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE.

Would give it a zero. Sat in drive in widow for 20 min. Car in front left. Pulled up. Black curtain, no sign. Sat 20 minutes pushing call button with message the someone would come soon. Finally parked came inside to be told they closed drive up at 5 due to staffing. I was in line at 4:45! 4 cars in front of me got perscriptions. Terrible customer service by after 5 staff

Came to grab a prescription for my nephew who is visiting from out of town. He has Medicaid, which is a federal insurance program. Still was told to pay $10. Fine. It's $10. But I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the girl who was in the drive through window. From first opening the window, she had a bad attitude that only got progressively worse and hostile. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had this happen. Up your customer service training CVS.
