I was searching around online and found a great price on a used Ram truck with low miles. I discovered it on a Sunday evening and submitted my contact information on the dealership website, expecting to hear from someone the next business day. However, I received a text message that same evening. I ended up driving over two hours, and the salesperson, Paige, whom I had been working with, came in on her scheduled day off to help me. Everything after that was easy-peasy. When I came back to pick it up, they had it super clean and shiny. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent service.

We have been very happy overall with the service representatives and work we have experienced at Valley. The recent work took a bit longer than we would have liked but that was partly due to dealing with an insurance claim and some delays and breaks in communication with that. They even went out of their way to help us out with a situation that they would not have had to since the work was taking longer than expected. This was very much appreciated. Thanks to Jason and his service team for all your hard work!

We drove over an hour from out of state to buy from Valley because they gave us great price and were very easy to work with. Michael took care of us and answered all our questions and explained the new car features. He worked with our bank to get all the financing in order and the whole process really couldn’t have been any easier. We will definitely buy from them again….well worth the drive!!!

We had a mysterious issue with our Pacifica that we had purchased a few years ago from a different dealership. In short, I felt like I was pushed off and told it wasn't their problem.
At Valley Chrysler, they took their time, and listened when I explained the issue with the van. It wasn't intuitive to replicate, but they figured it out, and got right to work on it. I'm not sure they were expecting this challenge, but they buttoned down, and dug into this mystery. After several days, and some fresh eyes, they solved the problem, and I can safely say, it couldn't have been easy.
What is most important though, is that at no point in time did I ever feel like I was being kicked down the road, or dismissed. They took their time, and honestly wanted to help solve this issue. They took ownership of a vehicle that wasn't purchased there. I can't tell you how appreciative we are as a family for that.
I can genuinely say, this has influence my decision as to where to purchase my next vehicle, and this is coming from someone who has purchased three vehicles from a dealership in another town in the past seven years.
You can have the best salesman on the floor, and the shiniest cars on the lot, but if your service department can't back them up, then you don't have me as a customer. Don't treat your near generational customers as a pain (because we have an upcoming driver in just a couple years).
Great Job Valley Chrysler! I appreciate what you've done for us.
(Side note, they have helped us out with warranty work prior to this with a different vehicle, and the story remains the same. I like their service crew.)

We looked all over the area at mini vans and found the best deal along with sales at Valley. Paige was awesome to work with! Highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Her communication was outstanding. She worked hard to get the best deal for us and we couldn't appreciate her enough. Jim the manager and Nick in finance also were great to work with and made the whole process as easy as it could be for us. I highly recommend Valley and the team that works there to anyone!

My wife's Compass needed some work done at Valley. While I was setting up the appointment, I noticed a Jeep Wrangler on the lot with a reduced price. I contacted Valley and Michael Beltran responded and made all the arraignments for me to test drive the Jeep while my wife's Compass was being serviced.
It was a great experience working with Michael. There was never any pressure to buy the Jeep. In fact it sold itself. Michael allowed me to keep the Jeep most of the day to show my wife and to test drive it.
Purchasing the vehicle was easy. I told Michael what I was willing to do and he did all the rest.
To sum it up, I went to Valley for some simple maintenance in the morning and by mid-afternoon I had my wife's Compass back in perfect working order (Thanks to their Service Department), and a great daily driver in a Jeep Wrangler.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I must say that the entire process was exceptional. From browsing the lot to finalizing paperwork, everything felt smooth and hassle-free.
A True Game Changer: Mike Beltran, one of the dealership’s salespeople - truly stood out. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience feel great. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. What truly impressed me about Mike was his approach. Unlike other salespeople, he didn’t bombard me with a sales pitch. Instead, he actively listened to my needs and preferences. It felt like a personalized experience rather than a pushy sales encounter.
Attention to Preowned Vehicle Details: As with any preowned vehicle, there were a few minor issues. However, Valley promptly addressed them. The fixes were seamless, and I appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction.
