This was hands-down, THE best car buying experience I have ever had. Drew and Chip were straightforward, I immediately received a very fair offer on my trade-in, and they saw through past the paperwork process to make sure the vehicle I purchased was fixed, and fixed right. New brakes and rotors, tires, and when the chip in the windshield was deemed unfixable (had been incorrectly sealed before they received the vehicle), replaced the entire windshield. Fantastic communication, the currier service was immensely helpful as a single working mom with two young kids, and I was treated with nothing but respect. Have recommended this dealership to everyone I’ve talked to since the day I bought my Lincoln MKC.
