I called to try to work out a small issue, and for a quote. Instead of talking to me to resolve things I was rudely hung up on twice. I was a loyal customer, and was trying to resolve things. Don't take your car here as they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

I spent over $900 on my Cadillac converter. When I went to pick up my vehicle. It was more broken than when I left it. They were giving me over a $400 quote to fix my flex pipe that they broke. when I dropped my van off, it wasn’t making any noise. when I picked it up It was so loud that even my children notice the difference. Now my car is showing the airbag lights and eating up gas. I would not recommend this company.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is a joke I walked in was treated like trash by everyone in there ask them to look at my van for the windshield wipers had me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and never even lifted the hood told me I needed a motor and tranny for my windshield wiper blades and it turned out just to be a bent bar like I thought it was they quoted me $1,200 told me I needed a whole new motor and tranny never even bothered to look under the hood told me they would get back with me when they got the motor and tranny and I never heard a word from them this is the office place I have ever been to in My Life nice preacher Man come and had it fixed in half hour thank you to The preacher Man who actually opened my hood and had it fixed in a half hour two and a half months later because we can't find a motor and tranny for it that it didn't even need do not recommend this place because they are ripoffs and rude and I even gave them the option to not fix it just let me know what was wrong with it and they're liars

Very disappointed & upsetting! I already had some new parts put on my vehicle before I took it here for further vehicle issues. Told them about that & also told them to call me before doing Any repairs on it. Got a call about repairs being needed but learned that not only did they do a repair without my consent they also put more fuel in my gas tank without permission. The cost was more than I was expecting it to be. Very frustrating that this happened.

We need to air up a slow leak tire and it's was so hot out and this kid was doing his car maintenance in front of air pump the gas station in town so I stopped and asked at Bryan Auto Plaza and asked for help the man said pull right up and he immediately helped me and said no charge ❣️❣️❣️ I'll be seeing him again for tires ??
