Genuinely the best customer service experience I have ever had. Gave her a tough job and asked a lot of her and she beyond exceeded my expectations and did it very quickly as well, at a more than reasonable price. Sweetest woman I have ever met and so very talented and great at what she does. I will be recommending her work for any and all tailoring jobs for as long as she is working.

I recently purchased a gorgeous lambskin leather jacket, and after wearing it a few times, realized I'd really love to have an interior pocket for my phone.I more than trusted Zula's with adding the pocket. Persa immediately found a sturdy fabric to build the pocket from, we measured out the dimensions, and a few days later....voila! What a sweet & wonderful lady - AND, fantastic tailor! Perfection… she’s really really good.. I split my jeans down the middle of my right calf - I can’t believe how she made it look like it never happened. ? very reasonable prices. Off the beaten path, gives that homey feel. Zola is fantastic! She is q very sweet and very capable dress maker etc. However, I went to see her only to have my dogs retractable leash save AFTER he chewed it thru! I was so embarrased after seeing the stunning work she has done to bring a lowly dog leash to her! She was soooo nice! She did not skip a beat! Zola treated that leash as very important. Did such great job that you could not tell it was damaged! Do not hesitate to see Zula for whatever you're sewing need may be!
