This location frequently forgets to run the meds through our insurance and tried to charge us incorrectly. We end up doing their job for them and pointing out their mistakes every visit. My Doctor called in a script for me early Friday morning. Fairly standard medication. My Husband went in the evening to pick it up and after being asked to sit and wait they told him the will fill it Monday. Never-mind that I needed it, they get to it when they feel like it. The staff of the pharmacy comes across so cold and rude and SLOW. It’s a very frustrating process. Strongly dislike this location.

I went in with my parents to get our passport photos taken and the girl Stephanie did them so bad it got rejected by the Brunswick library. I had to retake my photos at the library and spend extra $$. I went back to get my refund because I can’t even use the photos. Rachel was so kind and did everything she could to help me. He really made my day because she understood my frustration. Rachel really needs a pay raise because is does her job professionally and makes a customer feel like they matter. Once again thank you Rachel!

I ordered online and turned out I had the incorrect item. I went into the store to make an exchange and that was a huge issue. I had my receipt ans confirmation emails as well. The lady at the photo counter was rude and seemed to get confused easily. She filled in the store manager. He also was confused by my exchange request and did not help. I had to just leave and call corporate. They was just refunded in full. For such a large company you would think their staff would be more knowledgeable and be semi helpful. Nope and could go without the bad attitude.

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service I received from Legacy at Walgreens. They went above and beyond to help me get a passport photo for my baby. The process can be challenging with a little one, but Legacy made it a breeze. They were patient, professional, and truly caring. The passport photo turned out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Legacy, for your outstanding assistance!

I have been a customer of this location for as long as I can remember. But I have picked my last prescription up here. Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:32 p.m. after a trip to urgent care. I had a prescription for an antibiotic. The pharmacist didn't even look at the script and the pharmacy tech told me they would not fill the prescription today. When I stated it was for an antibiotic, the pharmacy tech went and spoke to the pharmacist who refused to fill the prescription. Walgreens just lost a long time customer and my family's business. There are plenty of other pharmacies to choose from in Brunswick. Went to drug Mart and they'd even bat an eye 15 minutes before closing at filling my prescription and did it with a smile. I wasn't even one in their established customers! I am now.

This has got to be the worst place ever. Time to switch pharmacies. It should not take 3 hours to fill a prescription espically after you just had surgery and this hasn't been the first time. Poor customer service as well. Everybody is rude. Will be making complaint with corporates as well. They think it's funny.

Service was absolutely terrible. Was waiting in line to get a shot and all the workers ignored me when I had forms to turn in. When I asked about when I was going to be seen all I received as an answer was a rude explanation about how everyone has to wait even though it has already been well past my appointment time. Couldn’t even be met with basic politeness. I wasn’t even being unreasonable, the workers were just plain rude. Go to another pharmacy, there’s many more and visiting this one isn’t worth it.

I went to the store to but items in June . I decided to look at the perfume and seen the had beautiful. Asked at the register about purchasing. There Manager Amy told me she was the one who had to go and get it. She said to give her a minute and would meet me over to here. She never came over ..I seen her leave the store 20 minutes later . I
