Came into store very frustrated about my iPhone not charging but Jeff was a huge help and provided different options on what to do to fix the issue. Best customer service I’ve seen in awhile , thanks again Jeff !!

I recently switch to Verizon and visited the Brunswick store. I had to make multiple visits to the store, once to pick up a device, and once to make a change to the plan. I dealt with Tyrae on all three visits. He has very great customer service skills, very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, even to all his co-workers. Thank you for your assistance.

Went in to get a new phone and look to reduce my monthly bill. Left with paying $40 setup fee and $17 phone protection plan added to my monthly bill that I was not informed about before hand. No clue what the set up fee was for. Monthly bill wasn’t discussed if it was cheaper to stay on current plan or not. Salesperson just set me up with a new plan. Luckily I looked at my plan the next day and was able to cancel the protection plan.
