Stopped in on a Saturday morning. The girl was helpful, friendly and a little overworked. Had 3 people in front of me, but was out in 10 minutes.

The attendant pulled up the wrong address. She apologized and I said it was OK but then she behaved impatiently during the rest of the transaction and was actually insulting when I asked if she could cover the old label on the package. Who needs that first thing in the morning?

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD. I DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO USE THIS STORE BECAUSE THE OLDER LADIES THAT WORK THERE PROVIDED AMAZING SERVICE AND ARE HELPFUL. TODAY I WENT IN TO GET A QUOTE TO HAVE AN EXTREME LARGE GLASS ITEM PACKED AND SHIPPED BY THEM BELIEVING IT MIGHT STAND HALF A CHANCE OF GETTING THERE VS MY DOING IT MYSELF. TODAY THERE WERE THREE "KIDS" WORKING. YOUNG MAN TRIED TO HELP US. BUT EVERYTIME WE ASKED HIM A QUESTION HE DIDN'T SEEM SURE SO THE TWO GIRLS WOULD CHIME IN, BUT NOT IN A HELPFUL WAY, MORE LIKE IN A WE WERE BOTHERING THEM SORT OF WAY. ONE OF THEM YELLED TO A CUSTOMER OVER TOP OF US, WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO GET INFORMATION, COMPLETELY MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR OUR SALESPERSON. I HAD FINALLY HAD ENOUGH WHEN THE ONE TOLD ME THEY COULD SELL ME BUBBLE WRAP AND I COULD PACK IT MYSELF AND THE OTHER INTERUPTED ME FOR THE THIRD TIME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET CLARIFICATION ON WHAT THE YOUNG MAN WAS ATTEMPTING TO EXPLAIN. I TOLD HER THAT I DIDN'T NEED AN INTEPRETER OR HER INTERUPTIONS AND TO KEEP HER COMMENTS TO HERSELF. INSTEAD SHE CONTINUED ON IN A CONDESENDING TONE TALKING DOWN TO US. WHEN ISN'T A CUSTOMER ALLOW TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT A SERVICE (A VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE I MIGHT ADD) THAT I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE. I GUESS THIS BUSINESS NO LONGER CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MAKING MONEY. TO RON, THE OWNER - I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TEACH THE CHILDREN WORKING FOR YOU WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT, SINCE ALL YOUR BUSINESS DOES IS SUPPOSEDLY PROVIDE SERVICE! I WILL NO LONGER HAVE MY PRINTING OR SHIPPING DONE BY THEM - NOT WORTH THE GAS OR THE HASSLE TO ATTEMPT TO PATRONIZE A LOCAL STORE WHEN ITS OBVIOUS THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

They are charging $1.0 to just use tape to pack box. Dollar charge for just 2ft clear tape. Never seen anywhere in US. Should not support this business.

The ONLY reason I go to UPS is to return Amazon packages, but I still manage to hate this place doing just that. They’re overpriced Customer Service sucks they charge for literally every little tiny thing. United Postal Service is so much better. The Customer Service Is better the prices are better and they might still charge you for things but they’re not rude about it.

Awesome Customer Service at the Brunswick UPS store today.Jeanne patiently helped me navigate through the store computer using my iPhone email to print copies on the store copy machine and Sharon kindly helped me with sorting out my copies and explaining to me the store process of shipping packages and pointing out my proper return shipping copy and then providing me with a self sticking return label envelope for my return.Thanks to Jeanne and Sharon for a pleasant experience at the UPS store today,

99% positive the #1 requirement to work here is to always be in a bad mood. I’ve had to frequent here due to work and other things - every single time, I’ve dealt with the rudest employees. Today was the final visit that convinced me to go to Strongsville moving forward.

Poor experience today.We were charged an extra $25 for an employee mistake of not sending a package to the address that was on our shipment. The store blames it "on the address in the computer system."Well, sometimes people do have more than 1 residence. Next time do your job.We will never be back.We have had great service in Medina.Other comments I have read say that people like the Strongsville location service.A good business will own up to their mistakes.The customer should not be liable for an employee error!

I've gotta say this morning was the worst experience I've ever had. She was disgusted with me and made sure I knew it. What an awful person she was and I told her so. She doesn't need to be working with people cause she's hateful.
