Rude and unprofessional. Went in here to have a document notarized, the girl went to the back to ask another employee apparently said employee only works until 3 PM it was 2:55 PM but I was told she was getting ready to leave for the day her shift ends at 3. Ummm wasn’t 3 yet and employee was still on the clock should have taken care of me

I had a return that I was told needed to go overseas. I had the address and phone number as requested but I think the lady was too lazy to type it in and give me the cost because she said she couldn’t send it. The only reason I come here is because it’s close to home. Otherwise I dread it because I never know if I am going to be treated poorly. Younger staff are always helpful and pleasant.

I came in to deliver a package(as i’ve done many time before) and the Older women at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful to me.

Their computer crashed during an Amazon return. They took the item for return. Now I have no item to return. And no way to return anything. Avoid this ups. They are not helpful.

They are pretty quick overall, every time I’m in for an Amazon return, but the younger staff is so rude. It’s happened a couple times before and I would just brush it off as maybe they were busy or having a bad day but literally every time without fail now if it’s one of the younger staff I feel like I’m inconveniencing them and they absolutely need me to know about it. The girl that helped me today was curt, refused to make eye contact, and rolled her eyes several times while shredding the box I brought my return in. I understand it’s a job and don’t need them to be my best friends but a little common courtesy would be nice.

They make returning online purchases very easy. The staff are always kind and patient with me, especially in recent years when I've been partially disabled. I am very very very happy they are located here where I live in Brunswick, Ohio.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning. The girl was helpful, friendly and a little overworked. Had 3 people in front of me, but was out in 10 minutes.
