“There task was not easy old RV some parts were not available. Had to retrofit to make work. The crew cleaned up after themselves. And I think they charged a very fair price. I will go back again when needed if they don't kick me out first.”

“I have gotten two sets of tires & other servicing with Parma Tire over the last 5 years & I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The staff are friendly, genuine, helpful & truly want to do right by their customers. It shows in every interaction I have had with them. Their pricing is great, scheduling is simple. I don't have a single critique. If they offer the service you need, I would look nowhere else.
Edit: I had to edit this one. Today I dropped my car off to have a flat rear tire replaced. At payment, I was told they moved the new tire up front. My car is FWD & they wanted to make sure I had the best traction for winter. Best shop I've ever worked with. It's the little things.”
“10 years ago I took one of my cars here to get fixed. Chris called me and told me it wasn't worth fixing and it was a "death trap." I have much respect for him because he could of easily kept repairing things and making money off me but he didn't. It's now 2024 and my uncle just went here to get his brakes done. They did a excellent job and they charged him a honest a fair price. Glad to see they are still doing good things 10 years later.”
“My car needed brakes, rotors, and sensors. Dave was able to schedule this, the very next day! He had the vehicle looked over and called with the estimate. He had the car repairs completed, later that afternoon. I couldn't have asked, for better service! The total cost, in my opinion, was very reasonable! I will have any future work completed by this company!”
“Had a small chunk taken out of a steer tire. Asked them to look at it. Was reassured that it would be fine and what to look for in the future. Next morning asked them to check tire pressure while tires were cold. They gave me a tire pressure gauge for free and pumped up the steers for no charge. They wouldn’t even let me by them coffee. Awesome people. Thanks”
“I had a screw in my tire that I was able to remove but could not get it patched. I went up on a Saturday which I knew was a busy day for them and asked if there was any way they could patch it. I was told I had to leave it but they'd make it work. I got a call a couple hours later that it was done and ready. Any other place could have told me they were too busy and brush it off, but Conrad's really helped me out!”
