My Outback threw a serpentine belt after business hours on a hot, cross-country drive with elderly pets, and these guys got me in first thing the next morning and had me on the road by lunchtime. The bill even came in under the estimate because a part they thought they'd have to replace was still in good shape. Honest, competent, and ready to help somebody in a tough spot is about as good as it gets in auto repair world. All the stars and a jelly donut to Brunswick Subaru.

Do not do business with Brunswick Subaru. The manager, Eli Elias, refused to refund my $1,000 when I chose not to buy a car from them because they lied to me about what they would give me for my trade-in. Their trade in value was thousands less than what it is worth and what they had previously told me they would give me for it. The manager, Eli Elias, and the salesperson, Ramiz Abujaradeh, used aggressive, bullying, and dishonest sales tactics to try and make a sale and were extremely condescending and rude when I told them I did not want to buy the car from them. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I want to save anyone from having to be treated that way.

My experience started well, then took a turn for the worse. I bought a 2022 "certified" used Subaru Impreza Sport with 6,000 miles on it. Salesman said that qualified me for 4.59% auto loan. I told him my credit union had okayed me for a 4.99% loan, he said they could do better. After the purchase, when the paperwork finally came through, I realized the finance guy had switched the loan rate to 9.59% without anyone ever telling me. I called the salesman, he said he had noted the lower rate on the paperwork he gave to the finance guy. He said he would have the finance guy contact me; I've heard nothing from them since. Crooks.

If you are in the market for a Subaru I recommend Nick Hoffa. Knows the product and trim levels. Looks all over for cars he can get to fill your needs. He even orders cars from Japan I felt pricing was fair and very responsive. Search him out ! I am glad we came across him You need a person like him in a tricky market !!

Made an appointment for 6. Called in on my way back in letting them know we are coming. Got here on time. Was told the sales person will meet us shortly. It is 6:52 now, still waiting.... No phone calls, text message. They have my number since they called me first. Not acceptable.

New car shopping is a nightmare right now - inventory is low and dealerships are marking vehicles up, way above MSRP. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend the Brunswick Auto Mart. I went to several different dealerships who all gave me a run around and wasted my time and tried to flat out lie to me - Ray at Brunswick Subaru was so straightforward, fair, easy to deal with, and I walked out the door with a new car within an hour. Can't say enough good things about this dealership.
