Ordered a simple chocolate shake,and what I got was a shake with everything imaginable in it,including peanut butter which I didn't order.i called to tell them ,and they say they don't believe me,and I must of picked up the wrong shake.it was my order,correct number and all.bunch of tards working there.

Great Sheetz location! Friendly & fast service. Bathrooms were very clean as well as the regular gas station. I would definitely visit this location again!

When you know someone who has an interview with the guy named Brandon(management) and he never shows up on the zoom call, how unprofessional is that. No communication about needing to reschedule or anything. I am beginning to despise sheetz!!!

Besides all the negative comments, i like this sheetz. MOST of the employees are really friendly. I order in store and also trough the app and it works fine (besides a couple minutes delayed than displayed on the app)

11/6 ordered at 9:40pm didn’t end up getting food until 10:10, employees were chatting and laughing taking their sweet time with a giant rush, it should not take 30 minutes for a fast food place!! my sandwich was cold :((( extremely disappointed

We really miss the old night manager with the fun glasses,, that girl busted her behind with not much staff and still delivered better quality than what we’ve been served recently. Shame that she is gone.

Your staff is nice enough but on a 10$ salad you people fill the container less than half way, your ripping people off I won't be buying food from here again. Shameful.. other sheetz will at the very least give you your money's worth.

Can anybody tell me how you read a whole order on a screen, and yet you still find a way to screw up half of the order? Im sure the workers looked at the screen more than once and still got my order wrong. 11pm....03/09/24

I ordered my food at 1:13 and just got it at 2:14, it was sitting behind the counter and no one had called it, so I basically sat there for an hour waiting
