I had semi truck throw a rock at my windshield and needless to say I needed a new one. My insurance got me set up with Safelite and they did not disappoint! Justin was my service guy and he did an awesome job! He was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy all the way around. Service was fast and easy! I can't recommend and thank Safelite and Justin enough!!

I loved the whole process from getting texts on progress until finished. Plus I was able to pay ahead online to save time in the office. I believe Carl is his name in the office, he was awesome along with the technicians. Definitely recommend Brunswick location!

My car was broken into and they smashed out the back passenger window. My insurance company recommended I call Safelite AutoGlass to replace the window. I scheduled online. It was a pretty easy process. I had several notifications about my upcoming appointment and who my technician will be with a phot of my Technician, Tom. Which made me feel very safe knowing who to look for. Tom called ahead before he headed my way. Tom & his Assistant, Justin were extremely professional, courteous, and so kind. They answered all the questions I had. Explained they process of what they were doing along the way. They replaces my rear window glass quickly and thoroughly cleaned up all the glass. Very happy with the installation of my rear passenger seat window.

Thomas was excellent! He was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was A+ If you are in need of a new windshield I cannot recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Brunswick enough. The service was fast, friendly and affordable.

Fine for what it is. But ouch I wish new windshields weren't so expensive.Beware that you go in the correct door. There are two businesses here. Safelite is the less appealing lobby to go into.
