Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. If you read the reviews here, you can see that their game is to get your money in exchange for junk and then play games negotiating after the fact.My wife and I bought a used Honda Civic over the summer and 3 weeks in, it started to overheat. Upon inspection at my mechanic, it was discovered that there was a hairline crack in the engine block that was leaking coolant and that the engine needed to be replaced. I went back in person to give them a “chance to make it right” like they mention in so many reviews here. He tried to convince me that the engine could be replaced, including parts and labor, at a cost of $2K. Totally laughable, especially considering he showed me $800 used engines on a parts website that had 150K plus miles on them that wouldn’t make sense to put into a car with 75K miles on it. I was also told that they could not help with as much as $1,000 because they did not make that much $ on the car. Apparently it’s fine that he sold us a $2K car for $10K though. STAY AWAY!!!Updated: Yes, I stand by what I said and you should do exactly that because you are a scumbag. By the way, it’s “they’re”—not “their.” Loser.

I bought a 2005 Chevy Cobalt from here. The salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. After I left I had a problem with the door not opening. I called and they told me to bring it up and they’d fix it. The problem ended up fixing itself but their willingness to help me even after I bought the vehicle “as is” showed how much they care about their customers. All and all I’m overjoyed with their service.

I WAS going to buy a car from Ron Ferrari. But I read the reviews here and decided not To. By the looks of things I can't tell what's worse. The prices on the cars, or the reviews. I won't be having any post sale issues with this dealer. I'll continue driving my 1987 yugo gv as it's more reliable than most cars sold here.

Check engine light came on same day of GMC Sierra truck purchase. Tom had poor communication within taking 46 days to send registration. No solutions given, we were told parts would be ordered 3 times, then Tom said he will not be fixing anything due to our attitude.

My mother had bought my sister a 2008 corrola. Bought it and we'll 3 months later a strut spring broke...no big deal really 30 min fix but when I went to jack up the car by the jack point I noticed it wasn't there and both rocker pannels where filled with foam and painted black. I recently scanned computer because the check engine light came on it was a bank 1 lean and the other a p0420. First one whatever but the p0420 means the catalytic converter is bad. And I also noticed that the computer was reset maybe 10 miles before purchase of the car. I'm not going to assume that they don't sell good cars but this one is particularly bad. Personally I would buy any car from Ron Ferrari. Because this will be responded to in a not so nice way. The car is full of issues that where hidden.

So I have never shopped at this dealer before. Saw a truck they had on the lot from the road and fell in love. I felt with Tom the whole time. He was very straight forward and easy to work worth. Felt like I was working with an actual human unlike most big car dealers. After a small bit of fair haggling I ended up purchasing the truck. The truck had a HVAC issue that needed addressed. They ordered a part for it and it seemed to be acting right but I found it wasn’t after a few days. I brought the truck back 3 times and they didn’t give up until it was fixed. Stellar communication. I don’t remember the guys name but one of the shop guys was really cool and down to earth as well. Will return!!!

If anyone is interested in a class action please let me know. There surely seems to be sooo Many of us now. Unfortunately purchased one of their disguised junkers. Within 24 hrs. all the gauges failed-gauges still don't work, and a major rear oil leak the following day. After $7,400 (which he claimed, and keeps claiming was such a deal, bahahaha) on the purchase, I then had to pay another $1,000 for the oil leak. Tom said he would take care of gauges, and made a pretend appt. at a shop. When I called to confirm, they had no such appt. Then he said he and his porter would fix it as, he pretended to order a dash cluster, not really knowing if that's what is needed. But most likely Knows Exactly What is wrong with. Lies, lemons, and liability. Steer clear of these Legal Thieves. Now I Have rebuild an entire car? Will be talking to Attorney General, and whomever else I can. He was Never going to Do What he Said. Yeah, you're a regular James Joyce. The jig is up, let's stop Pretending you don't Know what, you have, sell or do. Help is when someone needs and looking, not purposely inflicted upon by, or forced into by likes of sociopaths like this. No officer, I don't know how fast I was going, I bought a car at Ron Ferrari Auto in Brunswick.

*update* 2 years later.....Still driving both vehicles purchased from them, with no major issues (routine maintenance of course) and 217k on one and 190k on the other. Still very happy!!!On my 3rd purchase from them. Still own and drive two of them Daily, and the one I sold to Friend is still running great too! Buying a used Car Is always a gamble , be smart do your Homework. Great people. Any problems I have had they have helped me by pointing me In the right direction for reliable mechanics. Will Buy from them again.

I would have to agree with most of the negative reviews on here about this dealership, I purchased a vehicle out of state and flew in to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was not clean however it was passable. Upon arrival in my home state I discovered normal wear and tear issues with the vehicle which I replaced with no issue (CV axle, front and rear brakes, full fluid service),however upon further inspection we discovered that the rear driver side axle seal was leaking only to be surprised that it was caused due to a improper repair. Sadly the salesman Tom blamed the issue on myself driving the vehicle "all that way" back to my home state and not that they had improperly tried to fix the issue causing the leak. I purchase several vehicles per year and thankfully can handle when things go wrong, but if you are thinking of buying your first car or want to trust the place where you purchase your car I would steer clear from here, you can find much higher quality, transparency, and better communication elsewhere.

So we drove all the way up from Dayton to Cleveland after seeing this neat lil red Scion xb online. It is stated that it is super clean and all is fine with it so we on our way. Arriving there and seeing the car was a big disappointment. The car wasn't what it is advertised was. Several dings, rust on the driver side fender, hubcap of the right rear mag missing, car is somehow lifted and higher then its original condition, front bumper has cracks, original radio was missing and replaced with an aftermarket radio which did disable the backup camera.Something was attached to the headliner which left holes as well a carpet it glued to the cluster.Tom was a real nice guy to talk to and very accommodating telling me the owners wife was using it the past weeks...I wish that you would be honest with your advertisement so people wouldn't waste their time and money traveling there.Guess lesson learned

I bought a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder from here and it started leaking oil the same week. I took it to two repair shops and one of the shops didnt have enough mechanics to do the job and the other turned down the job. So i had to take it to the dealership. Nissan also told me there was some type of goo on the oil leak, so im assuming they tried to hide it. Tom the salesman will tell you he doesn’t know about cars and will knowingly over charge you for a car that needs a major repair. Dont trust this car lot. If i could this car lot a negative star rating I would. 2400 dollar repair.
