We called Proactive Door at 8pm to schedule for next day because we were trap in our garage in our home in Wadsworth. Anthony insisted to come within 1 hour to fix it. We didn't believe he will come in the evening. He changed both springs at affordable price and he fixed the opener without extra charge. God bless him. We strongly recommend them.

I called looking for a quote to install 2 garage door openers. They were very reasonable so I scheduled an appointment, I received a call about an hour later saying they were wrapping up a job they were working on, and were close. They asked if today works. Long story short they came and installed 2 garage door openers. They did excellent work and I can't recommend them high enough!

Had issues at 8pm and only Proactive Door answered us and came within 1 hour to our house in North Royalton. They fixed the door and fixed the springs. Amazing services and the technicians were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend them.
