“UPDATE: I received a call from Kevin regarding my review and the experience we had. He apologized and offered to compensate some of my order. Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”

“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

“Nice store but too small. Isles are very narrow and it's packed to the gills. Hard to move around and shop in there. Employees are great but it's just to difficult to shop there.”
“They were so accommodating and did an amazing cleaning and Deshedding for my sweet girl. She doesn’t do well with other dogs and barks at them nonstop, so they made sure to get me the first appointment of day. She did so well for her first ever grooming and didn’t even care that her mom was there to get her when I picked her up! ?”

“My 10 yr old rescue Pomeranian, Lola Ballerina, was severely neglected and had one spot on her hip where the hair was very sparse. I've had her 3 years. My vet thought a previous flea infestation. I started her on the skin and coat treats about 18 months ago. Her coat is now so luxurious & they are easy to eat (missing about half her teeth). She does a happy dance every time I pull out the treat bag!”

She is patient with both the dog and his owner during all the training exercises.The price is affordable, and the attention and love that your dog receives from Denise is far superior to any training you'd find anywhere else. I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.”
“In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!”

Stacy is always very informed on all her products , I have been going here since they have opened , When my 1st dog Scoobie passed she cried for me . “Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”
“Ordered some cat food after they were closed. The next morning they let me know it was ready for pickup. They also had other things on sale I needed so that saved me a little more $. This is my go to place for pet supplies.”
“I had called the store looking for ducks, Taylor answered my call. She was friendly and helpful from the get go! I left my name and number and she said she would let me know when the ducks were in. Taylor called me when she picked up the ducks, as well as when the ducks were ready to go at the store. She went above and beyond to help out me out. Thank you Taylor!”
“When me and my older sister went, we asked for our Husky/Germen Shepherd to get groomed and a few extra's. He is a very playful dog, who always gets muddy; he came back extremely clean and smelling amazing, as well. The workers there were extremely nice and respectful, we toured around and everything was clean and neat. Our stylist was named Jenny, definitely planning on coming back. :)”

“Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).

“Awesome job by the groomer that did my little Doobie!. First ever groom. Smells great not like that wet dog smell he had when he went in. His hair is soft and still fluffy in all the right places as I asked her to do. He's just perfect as you can see the before and after pics. We will be returning to petsmart and this groomer on a regular basis.”
