I've always had great service from Parma tire. Their prices are far better than a dealership and they never try to UPsell you. My whole family uses Parma Tire. Allan and his team are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service.,Extremely unhelpful. My dad has been doing business with this company for 20+ years, well NEVER AGAIN!!! They will never get another penny out of me. Allan (owners son) very rude. Also overpriced, dealership where I purchased my car is $70 less expensive for the same repair. Don’t ever go here, unless you want poor customer service and be treated like an inconvenience!!!

Been going to them for 30+ years. Reasonable prices and excellent work. Never pushed for more work to build up the price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire or oil change services.

these guys are awesome, came in on a saturday morning with a tire problem and they went above and beyond to get me on the road again before they closed at noon. highly recommend them

Not very impressed. They took my old battery out which had Corrosion around the terminals and they put the new one in with out cleaning it up. Poor customer service.

These guys are the best in town! Husband's car broke down, had an emergency tow to them and they fit it in no problems. They've even picked me and the little one up from the house when fixing my car. Can't say enough about the great service!!
