Sam did an amazing job hemming my wedding dress- I was so glad she saved the scrap lace because she was able to throw together a tie for my husband to wear so we matched! We both got so many compliments and are so grateful for her incredible work.

I’ve been with Sam for about 10 years now and she always does an AMAZING job with alterations. I’ve came to her with so many dresses and I always leave feeling confident in whatever she has altered for me. I will be with her as long as she’s doing alterations. Highly recommend, Sam always does a fantastic job and is a very skilled seamstress. We have taken everything from pants to formal dresses in for alterations. Everything is done to perfection and Sam is always very professional. This is a great business to support.

A friend referred me to Lay’s so I brought my wedding dress to them and boy was I impressed! Not only was the service wonderful, the alterations were done well and I feel so pretty! I considered having my dress done where I bought it, but I am thankful I choose Lay’s as it was cost effective and superb service. A job well done! Thanks Sam. I will be back. Kelly.

Sam is the best! My wedding dress needed quite a bit of alterations done and she knew exactly what to do to make it fit perfectly! Very quick turn around and was able to do all my alterations within about a month with 2 fittings! I admire her work ethic. Every spare moment she had, in between customers, she'd run over to her sewing machine to work on an order! Highly recommend and will use Lay's Alterations in the future!

Lay is the best! Had my wedding dress hemmed last year (so sorry it took so long to add the pictures!) and Lay did a fenominal job. She was quick and so so reasonable. And she just really has the best personality. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Definately a great small local business to support.

Sam is AMAZING! She did both of my prom dresses in high school and more recently dresses for my wedding including my bridal shower dress, ceremony, and reception dress. She has amazing attention to detail and even brought up a new ideas to make a bow on one of my dresses stand up and look better without me asking.
