I have been a travel advisor with KHM for many years. There is NO better host agency out there. The support, training and suppliers is unsurpassed. There is no other agency that has the quality of professionals that continuously help every agent. They are a family of ethical, professional and wonderful people to work with everyday. Horrible. I am currently getting harassed by one of this companies agents and when I tried to reach out them, all they care about it trying to sell a license. I don't want to be or use a TA from this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Absolutely so glad I started with KHM just at the end of 2021 - fantastic training and education program if you take advantage of it. Wonderful travel and tourism tools to get you started as an independent agent. Have loved the community too and how helpful other agents are to get you up and going.Have been in the T&T industry for over 30+ years and I’m so glad I found them. You can specialize or diversify your portfolio and learn as you travel and grow until you know a destination so well you are confident your clients will have the best vacation, anniversary, trip of a lifetime. KHM has been a wonderful partner as I grow my own business. They will be the best tool in your toolbox of your own travel advisor company, you just have to do the work ?

I was with KHM for almost 10 years, they changed policy’s and got to big too fast. The staff is disrespectful, they say one thing and do another, and some major policy’s changes about half way through gave me a terrible taste. Karen told me to sign back up and then she denied me. Don’t think this is the best Host agency anymore. Personal thoughts, hope you do well! All in all KHM is garbage!

I booked a trip with one of your agents Ebony she is unprofessional and this is a scam she sales me travel insurance that is supposed to cover cancellation. I had a recent medical issue and had to cancel she was rude told me I had to pay her $300 to cancel my trip after I paid for full cancellation coverage. The next day she charged my credit card without my authorization. I don’t recommend that agent that works for this company. I’m filing an complaint with the NTA.

Probably the hardest company to work with. My wife was with them years ago and it was not a great experience. I signed up recently and found it worse. Avoid.

I spent 31/2 years investing my monthly payment and business with KHM, I had one issue that was not my fault, and they did not even call to rectify the issue; they instead disregarded me as one of their agents; I have two trips I am working on, and I am glad my relationship with this company has terminated. Their office managers are not courteous. They have no customer service skills. A pandemic has impacted our business, and we are just getting up and running again. I do not want to partner with a company that treats me like an employee instead of a business partner. Very unprofessional, and I am glad it has come to an end.

Honestly, gave me vibes they were not diverse nor inclusive. I paid for yearly membership only to be told: I was not the right fit for them. Nothing else was said and I had to call to find that out only after I saw the fee I paid was refunded.
