I had a situation with needing a replacement from one of the employees here, I wrote a review on how unhappy that made me. The owner has went out of their way to contact me personally to apologize for the situation, he truly seems like he cares about the customers & Insisted to give me a free replacement but I appreciated how much he cared on the situation to reach out and apologize, so that’s more than enough for me and no replacement is needed. Overall this place has good customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

I NEVER leave reviews online!! However, I was so pleased with Just Vape I absolutely have to give credit when due. I just moved to Brunswick and didn’t know where to shop for my vaping needs. So I googled. First and foremost, their customer service is exceptional. I called in several times before visiting and they didn’t rush me off the phone…they were eager to help and patient with me. Upon arrival, they were quick and pleasant and had the exact products I needed! They now have a permanent customer. Thank you Just Vape!!!

Knowledgeable staff, clean and neat store.As an aside, I’m honestly shocked the products available to us, without prescriptions or being illegally sought, aren’t resulting in more automobile accidents! ???I personally don’t enjoy that THC feeling, however, it really is quite effective on my physical ailments.

I went to Just Vapes in Brunswick Ohio. The man behind the counter was awesome. He was so nice and friendly truly knowledgeable in the products. He helped me choose the exact vape and juice he thought I would like. He was absolutely correct. I Love my new smok vape. I’m definitely going to JUST VAPE for all my needs.
