I went to this branch on a Monday to get a new debit card since my account had to be frozen over the weekend due to a fraudulent charge. This was after speaking with foreign customer service on a Saturday who said the bank could issue me a new card if I physically went there. After waiting a week for my new debit card, I called to inquire and it turns out that the card was never shipped. The only solution the branch could offer was to charge me $25 to expedite a new card and for me to call back again for reimbursement. When the charge hit, I called for reimbursement and was told the teller I spoke with was not in and to call back. Because why would they make any of this easy on their customer by putting notes into their accounts? I intend to switch banks very soon because the Huntington customer experience is TERRIBLE. These reviews say it all.
If you want anyone to answer the phone, you have to call MULTIPLE times in a row.
Often calls are not even returned by personnel.

I went out of town for 2 months, not realizing my checking was -$8.56. When I got back my account was closed, which was expected. When I talked to someone in there and paid the negative balance off, she proceeded to tell me that i could never open another account with huntington because of how my account was closed. I could tell instantly that she was full of it and just judging me because of my situation so I said thank you, walked out, drove home and opened new accounts online with no issues at all. I will never walk in that location ever again. The girls in there take it upon themselves to make up there own rules, instead of the rules of the bank itself has set in place. I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews about this location.

This branch is a painfully poignant example of what happens when a group of employees get too comfortable in their jobs. As you will see from other reviews, the general consensus is that this branch cannot seem to interact with customers without being unprofessional and rude. The rampant ageism is particularly of note as younger and more inexperienced account holders are generally disregarded and treated as idiotic time-wasters not worthy to be deigned with the grace of allowing simple questions.
Phones go unanswered, tellers roll their eyes, and the bankers act more as salesmen trying to upsell you constantly. Regarding phone calls, you will be hung up on, left on hold indefinitely, or (and this is my absolute favorite) they'll answer and just leave the phone off the hook! Also beware, arriving within an hour of their closing means you will receive absolutely no service. I work normal hours and arrived 45 minutes before closing and was told they were no longer offering services. Maybe lying to your customers may benefit your branch for the six months you have them on the hook, but you are not going to see many people return or recommend your services. That's the huntington brunswick experience!
Just go to Strongsville instead lol.

Huntington products leave you frustrated.CD's taking over a month to materialize with no information. Internal transfers taking weeks to show up in accounts.Opened a CD and the funds never showed up. Zero balance?Turns out the money was placed in an existing CD that was ready to mature.CD opened with the wrong amount of funds?Credit Card offers with zero interest with transfers that charged interest??The frustration never ends.

Here on Friday 9/29/2023 at around 1:30 PM and the two tellers working the inside were moving like turtles. Slowest service I have ever seen in my life. I left, went to a different branch and it was faster.

This is the worst Huntington branch around. I’ve never had problems with any other Huntington but this branch is the worst! They’re rude when you call them out on poor service! Feels like no management in place and the employees make up the rules on a case by case basis… I drive down the street to strongsville and not a question or a problem.
