Neither the service or the sales department were interested in my business. Service refused to set up a service appointment without the serial number of my refrigerator, even though the next available appointment was over two weeks out. Holding the appointment slot and calling the next day with serial number was simply impossible according to receptionist and service manager. At the Brunswick location while being the only customer in the store, was shuffled to the warehouse area and left there with no sales help, even with specific dimensions and features I was looking for to buy a refrigerator. I ended up finding an excellent honest appliance repairman who suggested a new refrigerator over an expensive repair, and got a great price and service at Home Depot after giving them the information I attempted to give Home Appliance. So much for shopping local.

Home Appliance has been our "go-to" place for appliances and service for over 20 years. Prices are always competitive and sales people very knowledgeable. Dan, who helped us recently to buy a refrigerator, was friendly. He helped us make the hard decision on the brand to buy.

Had great sales experience with Lenny Kaminski. We bought double oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All are GE products. Lenny also let us know about $500.00 in GE rebates and additional $100.00 rebate through FirstEnergy for buying an Energy Star fridge. Will definitely come back in the future.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind.We have had the Home Appliance service team to our house on several occasions over the years and they are super too.If we could give them a ten star rating we would.Shop here, you will be very pleased.
