The guy caught an imbalance problem when he did the alignment and it was corrected. That's very good of him. As I was waiting in the lobby, someone on the phone was asking if the tires were made in America. The associate asked another worker, and he said "I don't know, just tell the guy that they are made here" and he laughed. Then....i heard a guy at a desk yelling at one of the other associates saying "you told me it's full now, but you said that yesterday, but it's not full." So they went back n forth and the associate tried to back out of his lie. The guy at the desk told him to get out of his face. The lack of honesty is sad. I wonder if there's been any dishonesty with my truck as I got it worked on. I won't be back, because I dont have the confidence in an honest business deal.

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment for going on 8 years. They have replaced 9 tires on my motor home including a G670 steer that was rivering (common failure in my experience regardless how diligent you are with alignments and air pressures/vehicle loading and over all weight) so bad you could hardly drive the coach. Had two continentals installed (on the steer position) approx two years ago at a cost of $32 a tires, I HAVE THE RECEIPT !! I carried the tires in, they removed the goodyear tires, installed the continentals. My wife calls them a few weeks ago, explains we have 4 new G670 goodyear tires and need them to remove the aged out GY's and replace with our new tires and we would be taking the old tires with so no disposal fee (10.00 per casing). Dave, the service manager begins to explain that the cost per tire (and I am thinking there is no way he is going to pull the "you're a woman routine" and that there was no way he was going to "punish us" with a penalty charge for not paying a hundred dollars more a tire from them . . . sure as anything, did both . . . total estimate per tire 65-75 per tire to R&R 4 tires on a dual rear set up. Here is my issue, Russ, their alignment tech is nothing short of a genius, I recommend him to anyone and everyone, every blog, every gathering, every rally and I know I have sent them a lot of out of in/out of state business from other coach owners who travel through and stop to have their rigs serviced. I attempted to contact Goodyear, twice in fact, they have not responded and as is their obvious business model I am certain they will not. We are both 20 year service connected disabled veterans . . . . who at the very least to not expect to be treated as a moving target as we deal with any business, do not expect them to "treat woman differently" and most importantly NOT PRICE GOUGE ANYONE EVER. I can assure you they DO NOT CHARGE OTR/COMMERCIAL vehicles $65-75 a tire to R&R them. I am going to make it my mission to steer (pun intended) everyone away from their company by simply telling them the truth. If you expect a fair price for unskilled labor . . . this is not the place for you. They want to gouge you, penalize you . . . if you carry in your tires and charge a rate that in no way is within the industry standard for such a simple service. I worked 4 years as an auto mechanic before spending 20 as a aircraft mechanic on 20 million dollar airframes in the Air Force . . . no one, who is lugging casings and screwing new tires on wheels warrants a $300 dollar charge for 4 tires and less than an hour or so of their labor . . . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TIRE SERVICING NEEDS . . .
