Giant Eagle is always great!! Always treated nicely great deals wouldn't want to grocery shop at any other place. The shopping center has everything I need strings for my guitar to worms for my bearded dragon. It's a good place for any need

I was at the customer service desk and asked for money order. The lady at desk denied to get me the money order because I don't have Giant Eagle card. Although other stores were ok to get money order.

Very nice grocery store with a HUGE selection of craft beer, wine, liquor, etc. The store itself is spacious and clean.

Price gouging Giant Eagle. In their prepared food section they offered 8 fried chicken breast for $15.99. Over night they raised the price to $19.99, same item, same amount. I shopped there because it was union staffed, even after removing several cashiers to implement self checkout. I'm done with being Price Gouged! Grocery stores are making record profits, post COVID. This is pure Greed! I'm done with Giant Eagle, go to Sam's Club or Walmart and pay half the price.

The wife and I never been in a giant eagle supermarket. It was quite surprising very clean very friendly staff everything you need one stop shop, liquor, pharmacy, fruits, vegetables meats, bakery Heidi recommend stopping here to get a good deal and the prices were awesome.

I’m done here, Meijer has much higher customer service standards. There’s a cashier that is rude to everyone and intusive. Insulting customers because you have to wait on them instead of watching them use self checkout. This store looks old and outdated. But bottom line I choose to shop here don’t be rude. Cashiers don’t want to work, fine I’ll go elsewhere

The regular employees are very helpful. Too bad they are getting thrown under the bus by their management and executives. Shortening the hours of customer service while the store is still open is dumb. Pay the people instead of bonuses for executives. I have lots of choices for groceries- this is the last place I will go. Oh and the liquor store inside sucks too.

They run out of milk and bread sometimes and you need to check dates on things …some are close to expiration….workers are very nice

Tyler in the liquor room needs to be fired. He was making rude jokes and remarks to me instead of handling my business order and completely messed up the order in doing so. I can take my business elsewhere if this is the standard expectation for the employees.

They always let the Domestic Beer cooler run out before getting around to refilling it.
