I left one star only because I had to, but I just went to get a phone charger and the manager, who obviously cannot manage. The store did not leave the key for his/her can not manage the employees Yeah to open up and allow someone to buy a charger. Don’t ever go to the store worst store in America.

This particular GetGo is definitely my favorite of all the locations. The store itself is always clean and well stocked but it’s really the staff that makes the difference. Not only are the employees genuinely kind to customers but they also truly want to create a positive experience for people visiting the business. The kitchen staff and service create a stellar experience that more and more people are seeming to recognize, too. I now look forward to having a reason to visit this store and it genuinely makes a difference in my day to encounter the friendly faces working here.

I was in Brunswick Ohio for a family event I stopped off at Get go gas station location 3351. Center rd Brunswick Ohio to get gas and snacks for the road back to chicago let me tell you I had a great experience Customer Service was amazing. His name is Alexander the location was Clean. Top notch sales Clerk yes his name is Alexander I will always make it a habit to stop in there when I’m in Ohio great job .

What a great experience Alex is super friendly and efficient. So I saw him twice the first time he was wearing a neon shirt and I said I like that and he said just trying to make the customers smile. Second time tonight at 1220 he made my food perfect and delicious and was friendly I hope he recognized

Staff was rude with just a gas purchase. When I had a simple 250 winning lottery ticket from the machine, they were unable to cash it because they don't keep money in the register.

It said open 24 hrs online, it’s not. No fault of staff or management, but the false info online screwed me once. Hopefully you can get updated hours online.

The sign above the door says 24 hours. The website says 24 hours. If you were to call the store, the messaging system states that the store is 24 hours.This is the 3rd time over the past few years that I have shown up to an empty store and locked doors. I get my coffee here every morning at 4, and more frustratingly, I preorder food the night before. I paid for my lunch for my 12 hour shift and got robbed because there’s no warning that the store will randomly be closed.The food is great and the coffee is always fresh. The employees do a phenomenal job at stocking and cleaning. I wish the management would take initiative and at least put a sign on the door with an explanation as to why the regular customers aren’t getting serviced that day.Lastly, why the heck are the air pumps ALWAYS out of order??

Nice, clean gas station with made to order food and a good selection. Only reasons for the four star review are the randomly inconsistent hours of operation. Being rushed out @ ten minutes to ten because "third shift all called off"... It was crazy for such a place to close early, with it being the main gas station open 24/7 in the city. The other is sheets which never closes, but on the edge of town,. About an additional two miles for me at least
