I stumbled across Genuine Imprint Custom Apparel while I was looking for safety vest for my part of my company. The prices really stood out to me and the vests looked to be of pretty good quality on the website. So I took a shot on an order around 20 or so vests in assorted sizes.I had a question on the delivery of my shipment and emailed he contact on website, Ted was on top of the game the entire way through our process. Quick responses, professionalism at its finest when it comes to ordering over the internet. This is what stood out the most that this is a company that stands behind their word. Once my shipment came in, turns out for a really great deal I received what was advertised and a surprisingly quality product.I did have a selection issue with the order, like I said it was 20+ vests. Once again after my email sent out, I had a response and solution in under 12 hours. I think my email went out late and the response was first thing the next morning. To top it off the solution did not only surprise me, it showed me there are still people out here that are not just looking to get over on the next. A++If this company has something you need, I would highly recommend giving them a shot. The support was excellent, deals were great, and if an issue were to arise it wouldn’t be an issue that goes unheard. Top notch company!
