Ordered a GV70 which had to be transported from an out of state dealership. I signed papers that my car had 5 miles on it. Received it with 395. They literally drove it from the other dealership here without any consent or acknowledgment from me. I signed no paper that indicated I’m aware my car will accrue 350+ miles, that another driver will drive it, that I have any rights at all if something happens to the car. The rep said this is normal and people who buy way more expensive cars have no issue with this….ok….? Upon pickup, the car was filthy. Fingerprinted inside and out. Dusty and dirty, bugs on front and windshield. Scuff mark on window. Zero apology or acknowledgement from the dealership. Not to mention while my rep said he would see me at the pickup time we agreed on, he was magically on vacation a few hrs later fromThat text? Absolutely not even close to a luxury experience. Had I known I’d receive a car with nearly 400 miles on it I would have stopped working with the rep and went to the Cleveland dealer which had my exact build in stock. Thought I’d respect the business relationship with my rep but clearly that was one sided.

No customer service! I ask to talk to a service advisor and they tell me someone will call me back, day after day for two weeks now!! So sickening!

This was my first experience purchasing a Genesis. The salesperson was responsive, and answered all my questions. Everything was straightforward! I felt like I was being treated like a VIP. I am thrilled with my Genesis G70!

So if I had to rate my overall experience I would give it five stars there was one thing I really didn't like about the whole process but I can't say this would be vastly different from the other dealerships.

BEWARE: They will pull your credit twice although you're financing through them, and not ask for your authorization or warn you clearly upfront before doing so. If they would have told me this upfront, I woulda walked out as no other place does this. It's silly and unnecessary.Katie from Financing claims one is for "Cresmont Hyundai" to see if you can get approved, and the other is from their "Hyundai bank" to approve you. Since they are registered as 2 separate entities, you're screwed and both will show up and damage your credit score.The worse part is all they have to do is provide a letter of removal, but instead of doing that, they'll basically just give you the "should have read the fine print" attitude. Shady business here!

This was my first time buying a car and I really couldn't ask for more from Nancy in finance! She walked me through the financials of buying a car and was very patient as I asked a million d*** questions. She has 28 years of experience and that know-how really shows. First, my credit wasn't the best but she was able to get me in the car I wanted with a great interest rate because of her relationships with the people at the banks. A couple weeks later I called back up there to ask her a question because there was something I didn't understand about my paperwork and she actually apologized to me for not explaining it well enough, so she's explained it to me again. Once she explained it to me I realized that she had already answered my question when I bought the car I just forgot about it. A couple days later she called me back and said that she felt bad that she didn't explain my question clear enough and so she talked to the people at Hyundai and actually got me another $2,700 off on the maintenance plan I had purchased. Needless to say I was pretty floored that she got that much of a discount for me so I went in and resigned paperwork. Like I said, I've never bought a car before but I'm pretty positive that what Nancy was able to do for me all-around doesn't happen that often during a car buying experience. If you want an awesome car buying experience at least from the financial perspective then go to Crestmont and work with Nancy!

Bought a vehicle from here after discussing purchase price on the phone, they told me they would beat the price I had received from competitor. Came in to sign the paperwork and the price was not what we had spoke about on the phone. Avoid this dealership if you can.
