Every single time I come to the pharmacy they always fail and mess something up. Can never do their job correctly. 4 times now my family has paid out of pocket for our prescriptions because they don’t know how to enter insurances properly even after giving them the correct info. And then proceed to get an attitude with you when they don’t know how to do their job correctly. Wanting me to get out of line because now I have to pay cash and they have to re bill it. I give them a $20 bill. And tell them to keep the change. What’s so hard about that. Give me an attitude because I’m telling you to keep the change because I don’t want to wait in line for another 40 mins. Give me my prescription that im now paying for when I didn’t even need to!!! No one told you to be a pharmacy tech at 70+ years old - don’t take your hate on your job out on costumers.

Julie Deal the pharmacist is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not know who hired her with the amount of attitude she has. But they definitely should reconsider her working at cvs pharmacy. It is so disgusting for someone at her age. If you do not want to care and speak to elderly people about there medication with some respect. I highly suggested a different career. Very disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism. Bless her orange hair.

Woman in drive through who is old with pink and blue hair was so incredibly rude. Came through to take a Covid test and she continuously rolled her eyes at me and gave me mean looks. So rude so unkind and shouldn’t be working somewhere where she has to have some customer service skills (she does not have any at all) please remove her from working in the window. April on the other hand was very nice and helpful!

It was busy but they got you in and out quickly. The pharmacy is well staffed but the front register was self check. There are several air purifiers throughout. The shelves are well stocked for most items.

The Nurse Practitioner is rude, slow and not there to actually help the patient. The pharmacy is extremely slow.
