Bought a Sonata here back in 2012. Crestmont took care of all the service and warranty work. Recently traded it in for a new Elantra and was extremely happy with my salesman Terry and the entire Crestmont Team! Highly Recommended!

My wife had many problems getting in for service and they never looked into the problems now the car is unsafe to drive and will be expensive to fix. And still owe a lot on the car. We don't know what we are going to do

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have leased two Genesis GV70 in the past two months. The initial was my first experience with Crestmont Hyundai. Very positive. Unfortunately, the car was in a flood two week after. The service department at Crestmont did an excellent job of helping me get the car analyzed for insurance. It was totaled out on a Thursday. That day the salesman, Terry Coggins, contacted me to begin the replacement process. I had my new Genesis the following morning! I could not be happier with the customer service and my new Genesis. Thank you.

I had a very good experience again at Hyundai where this is the second lease purchase I did in the last 6 years. Kyle was a wonderful salesperson who listened to my needs and most of all was not pushy or obnoxious with trying to sell or lease me a car. The manager Donnie was awesome and they were able to both put together a great deal as you would say "an offer I couldn't refuse" this dealership offers exceptional sales and service. They come very highly recommended by me.

I would love to give less than one star. but this is not allowable for this review.
I sat down with Terry and straight out said that I wanted to release a new vehicle but I did not want to eat the cost of mileage overage. He said I would not have to pay that since I was releasing. I just received a bill in the mail for almost $3,000 for mile overage. When asked about this he stated that I said you will not have to pay "turn in fee's". This is not what I asked specifically since that was my "main" concern about paying any additional mileage fees. I was tricked into a new lease because he wanted to use "different" terminology. This is incredibly disrespectful to a customer! This is exactly why I hate dealing with dealerships, they promise you one thing and turn around saying I didn't say that. I will never ever recommend Terry. If that was specifically my concern, he should have been upfront saying I can not make the mileage charges go away, you will have to pay them. I am an educated person. I would understand that. He completely disregarded my ONLY concern to get the sale.
I hope that going forward people have their sales person sign or have something written with your specific concerns/or agreed upon. They will change the verbiage just to get the sale and turn around and say I did not agree to that.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson Limited from Crestmont Hyundai. This is our second purchase from Crestmont, as my wife had previously purchased a Sonata from them.
The process was smooth and simple due to the excellent staff at Crestmont. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and professional.
No one exemplified this professionalism more than our sales rep, Joe Yun. Joe listened to what I was looking for and worked to fulfill my requests. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a car. I would add that his follow-up is genuine and thorough.

The staff at Crestmont Hyundai could not have been more helpful. The sales consultant I worked with, Ron Jowett, was great at getting me the model and trim level that I wanted. The finance team made the paperwork process very easy and quick. I’m looking forward to driving my new Genesis!
