This emergency room and staff was completely negligent, dismissive, and apathetic. I brought my mom in with excruciating pain and discomfort and the worry that she might have something serious. The doctor took one look at my mom and said he believes she had a very specific and life threatening/altering disease. He said he would run a test and the results would be to us in 3 to 5 days. Then the nurse proceeded to tell her to get dressed and that she “wishes us the best of luck” and sent us on our way. She was snarky and dismissive.A few days later my mom got an email that the results were ready. She logged on to her account and it was a bunch of random medical jargon. She called the hospital and they informed her that the nurse who ran her test ran it wrong and she would have to come in next week for another test. While my mom lay in bed in excruciating pain with significant symptoms. Until she gets her diagnosis she is unable to take the proper prescription. This hospital was completely negligent and so unhelpful.

Cleveland clinic was the best emergency facility we have ever experienced. My daughter brought her two and a half year old son in at 2 am because of severe congestion and croup. Everyone including the guard, the receptionist, the nurses and the doctor were friendly and efficient even though they had to work to get the baby's cooperation. Special thanks to Mona and Tammy!

As a former Cleveland Clinic patient, I am confounded by some of these negative reviews and find them downright hilarious! I certainly cannot relate as none of my previous encounters or visits have been negative. Can Metro or UH possibly be any better?

So our daughter has been getting miscellaneous blood work send outs since she was an newborn and she is 3 years old now, all of a sudden Brunswick Lab cannot do sendouts simply because they don't want to take the time and effort to put in all the info manually themselves, or nobody wants to teach them. Which is absolutely ridiculous because the old staff in the lab, did send puts all the time for us like I said for 3 years. Until these new girls who seem lazy and don't want to take time to learn and put in the info won't do it. So now we will go to strongsville cleveland clinic because they can do it no problem they said. Really disappointed with how lazy and inexperienced and unwilling to learn this these new girls are.

Upon presenting with gross distention/severe pain in lower right quadrant of abdomen during office visit, I was firmly instructed by my family physician to go directly to Brunswick ER. My husband of 22 years took me to ER. To state that Michelle Beskid, DO, spoke to me in a terse manner would be an understatement. I had 3 encounters with her, all of which she spoke in hostile/contemptuous manner. Upon first encounter, my husband and I just looked at one another in shock. A short time later, I looked at MyChart and to my dismay, the first labs taken and only results posted were tox screen panel and blood alcohol (All negative) I was so insulted I cried… that’s what she thought ??Michelle Beskid quite obviously believed me to be a “drug seeker” and treated me accordingly. As an educated, successful, middle aged woman, who came to ER as instructed, I found her behavior toward me, offensive and deplorable. I will be taking this further bc NO patient should ever be subjected to shame

I had a patient (my uncle) in ER. I came to visit him but I couldn't able to. Because of some reason.they said ,but there was a hubh name Danielle who wasn't had any patience and respect for any visitors which makes me really upset and mad on her attitude. Which was no excuse for me.

Arrived 2 minutes early for a 10:30am appointment and I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for more than 25 minutes for my name to be called. The waiting room is near capacity and there are sick people waiting for express care sitting with people that are well or pregnant or have toddlers. There is no separation and the wait times are absolutely absurd. No respect for patients time.

Always great service and knowledgeable staff. Not all a lot of waiting after your appointment time.

Me and my husband brought our son here and received the worst care. The first nurse was very friendly and kind while getting us checked in. The NP on the other hand was so dismissive and hostile the whole time we were there. I have never had a NP who spoke down to a family with so much disregard. We ended up leaving feeling unheard, mistreated, and no answers. She was so focused on where I had my son and the fact that we follow a different vaccine schedule that she completely over looked the actual reason we were there. Her report was just as rude and mislead as our visit. Thankfully I was able to get my son seen somewhere else and receive the care and respect every patient and their family deserves.100% would not recommend and we will not be returning, however Kids In The Sun through UH has been way more than helpful and a better fit for our family.

They can't perform blood tests correctly, never contact you for low mineral/vitamin counts. Women patients don't matter and will ignore you. If you have anemia, expect them to take 6 vials for a blood test and not care that you are anemic. I saw 15 doctors in the last 7yrs. All different, each of them as the last; should never of been given a medical degree of any form. The joke of medical care in this area will kill me, I know more about medicine then these so called doctors do. No wonder someone in the family got in a car accident due to wrong prescribed medication for something she doesn't have. And dementia is setting in, guess doctors out here don't care who she might hurt or kill.

As soon as I told the doctor I had my medical Marijuana license, the doctor became very aggressive with me. I was have a full severe anxiety attack which I have had in the past. After 4 hours of a panic attack I got nauseous and threw up. He diagnosed me with Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. Which is extensive vomiting. I threw up once. He was very rude, I hope this message gets out there so he does not mistreat other patients.
