Honestly the worst auto body shop experience I’ve ever had coming from someone who literally used to work at one. The teardown took over 2 weeks (normally should take a few days). No communication at all. Every time I got any information I had to call to get it. We’re going on two months on December 26th that they’ve had my car. Car got pushed back yet again because they never ordered a rim and tire for my car which CLEARLY needed one when it came in. I called on the 13th. The day the car was supposed to be done on, and they are still waiting to do an alignment because they had JUST gotten the rim and tire. It’s now the 16th and they still don’t have a time as to when my car will be done. They do not call you back. They don’t care about their customers at all. Steer clear of here if you want to keep your sanity.

This group was very helpful since I have a serious medical condition that they went the extra mile to complete their work so I could make my hospital appointment. The work was impeccable, like new. I would strongly recommend allowing these folks to serve you in their capacity!

They should ignore this negative review since they ignore their customers. Very poorly managed, likely the higher management people and not the ones on the frontline. Keep buying up body shops and then providing lousy service. 2 thumbs down.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. They haven’t updated me on my car, kept changing the days. Marcus K has no idea what he’s doing, told me I can pick up my car “Friday the 16th” went in there and he didn’t even know it was the 16th and couldn’t give me a detailed explanation as to why my car wasn’t ready. Lied and said he left a voicemail. Worst collision shop to ever go to. Save yourself the time and drive and go somewhere else. Will never recommend.
