Just stay away! No soap or water pressure and or vacuums don’t work good. It’s 50/50 shot if everything is working correctly. $4 to start. Soap doesn’t switch fast on pressure washer, so expect to put more money in to rinse it. Foam scrub brushes look like they’re from 1999. I have been going here for over 20 years and this place has finally hit rock bottom. Place is run down and more of an eye sore now more than anything.. go down the street, same price and all updated, clean and there’s a number to call when there’s a problem and guess what they actually call you back or pick up when you call

Left scratches all over my car and never even dispensed soap. What a waste of time and money.

I don't like to write public and negative reviews but this is the 2nd time I have had the worst service at this establishment. I was there almost an hour with only one person before me in line for a car wash and vacuum. They were understaffed, yelling across the room at other staff members and nobody at cashier desk for a long time. I watched an elderly gentleman try several times to pay and treated extremely disrespectfully. I had to come home and re-clean the inside of my car. It looked like he just made an attempt to run a rag across my dashboard. Nothing else inside was touched. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed and to be charged $25 for this is appalling. The blower to the car wash wasn't working properly so they had to back my car up inside the car wash on the tracks to activate it. I called to complain and was told the best they could do is give me a free car wash next time I was in or upgrade my wash. I will never step foot in that place again. Total waste of money and time. It used to be a good place to take your car. I didn't see anybody of any authority working there. Unprofessional and a free-for-all to say the very least. I also do not understand why they leave your car running while they dry off the exterior and supposedly attempt to clean the inside. Waste of gas!! I only selected one star because you can't post unless you select a star. I would not have even given them one.

Forget the 10 minute express lube. I asked for the price of the oil change and when he started to give me a price for synthetic, I shook my head no, he went to quote the next high mileage, again I shook my head no. He got mad and said if your not going to let me finish, and walked off. Very rude. Last time for me, $36.00 for a conventional oil change I can go anywhere. This place doesn't need your Money.....Plus they don do the checks they say they do....

REVIEW OF CONTRACTUAL USPS MAILING SERVICE WITHIN EXPRESS LUBE-- same management. Business does not follow state-mandated infection control requirements for essential or non-essential businesses to be open in the state of Georgia. No social distancing observed-- customers were all well within 6ft of each other; no effort was made by staff to prevent this. Counters and surfaces wiped down once before opening and once when closing shop, in apparent lack of training on rationale behind disinfecting surfaces that come in contact with customers regularly. Staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge and awareness of current state requirements in place. No manager on site to ensure requirements were being enforced. Counter clerk was hostile when approached by a senior citizen wearing a protective mask. Management and staff puts public at risk for spreading covid-19 virus. They are more concerned with dollars. The owner of this facility should not be allowed to contract with the USPS.

Do not come here, not a single person is a mechanic. They will also steal cash/change/medication if you leave it in your car. Be warned.

My 20 year old son, working full-time and in college, needed his oil changed while we were on vacation. He got up early one morning and drove over to Brunswick to this business. Big mistake!!!Do not give this business a penny of your money. They totally took advantage of my son's naivety. First of all, they didn't explain his options and automatically gave him the highest priced oil change option and tried the "air filter" trick even though we just replaced it in May. The worst part is they talked him into windshield wipers saying they were only $16-but didn't mention "each". The new ones don't even fit!!!!! My son is saving his money for college next year and these people just saw him as an easy target to make more money. Shameful and an embarrassing way to run your business.

The vacuum had zero suction and the hose actually detached from the machine. So that was a waste of money. The second vacuum didn't fall apart but had little to no suction. So I decided to buy an air freshener from the vending machine however I put my money in and either it was empty or it just ate my money. So I lost a few bucks and decided to look for a number to call. Not to get my money back...but to let them know to fix their stuff so people don't continue to get ripped off. Well there are NO numbers to call. Just a sign stating to leave your name and number. Oh ya, with no where to leave it!

Could definitely use some TLC to restore such a classic car wash, I do believe it's the last one around here.

I work 9 to 5 so I leave work about 10 minutes early to get there in time to do my car before they close at 5:30. Hours are listed as closing at 5:30 Monday through Friday. Several times I arrived a few minutes after 5:00 only to find the lanes closed off as they closed early. After the third time I called the next day and was told they were closing early until the time change which happened to be the upcoming weekend. The next week I got my car done. About a week ago I was trying to get my car done again. Two days in a row I got there 2 or 3 minutes after 5:00 and they were closed early. I called the next day again and was told they were closing early to work on the lanes. Funny thing is there were no cars to indicate anyone was there working on anything. So I arrived today at 5:00. One lane was closed. The other had a car being vaccumed. An employee stopped me, went inside, came back out and told me they are closed. I told him that is 3 times AGAIN and they have lost a customer. I will NEVER go back! Why should I?

I was very pleased. I arrived needing an oil change at the last moment and they happily brought me right on in and took care of me. Cory checked everything even the filter behind my glove box and my engine filter. It needed changing really bad. They were really nice to talk to. They had good ole' southern hospitality. I love that they were all friendly. They worked very quickly and we're just very pleasant. He even let me know of a recall on my car, just in case I did not know about it. He also let me know of some recommendations. I was very grateful
