Service department "fixed" my android auto by updating the computer. They told me to use a Samsung cord. I always have but my phone constantly drops and charges intermittently through the center console. The car is under warranty still. When I turned around to go back and tell them, we could not duplicate what was going on with the connection and they sent me home. They even replaced my mother's for the same issue and she no longer has that problem.
What good is a warranty if they can't even honor it. Not sure I'm coming back to this subaru when my lease is up. Service department is very unhelpful
EDIT: I called last week as the reply told me to. I left a message on the managers VM like the reply said to do. Never got a call back. You guys are ridiculous

Brunswick Subaru demonstrated a client-centered approach to every aspect of my recent purchase. Patrick in sales shared his expertise in helping me select just the right car for my needs (and my budget) and made himself available for questions even weeks after I signed paperwork. James in service smoothly managed my CD player installation (even though I showed up on the wrong day!). And Jacob patiently answered all of my many follow-up questions about my new car when I called in with a long list of topics to discuss. This was a top-notch car-buying experience, and I'm glad I made the drive to Brunswick when looking for a new car.
