We bought a car somewhere else. While our salesmen was nice enough, he was new and needed a lot of help. Unfortunately, the management ended up working with us a lot and they were not pleasant at all. The assistant manager spoke to us with attitude and like we were stupid. They offered us the "friends and family discount" yet still gave us a number over $100 more per month than the other place. They offered to beat the competition but we really appreciated that the other place gave us their best offer right up front so we bought from them.

Went in to look at a potential lease. Received a hand written quote with no specific details as to how they came to the figure quoted. Trouble I had was I was looking at another car that was 40 percent higher than the car I was looking at. Yet the quote I got from this dealership the monthly payment was 15 percent less than the car that was 40 percent higher. In other words the math didnt add up. spare me higher interest rates, residual value, etc

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! We took our brand new car in for service and they caused thousands of dollars of damage, including broken electrical connectors, melted exhaust bolts, and they never fixed the problem we took the car in for which was an oil leak. If you value your time, DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Classic Mazda instead.

If I could give them a 0 I would. 2 cars taken to them, both mazdas, 3 months of back and forth and nothing fixed on either car.1 car needed a starter, yet everything was done but the starter. Finally took it to another mechanic that diagnosed and fixed the problem within 3 days and the car has been driving perfect.2nd car has been making a clunking noise under drivers side. Finally after many visits of them never hearing the issue when they were in the car ( they heard the noise when I requested a drive with a technician) took it to another mazda dealership. Noise was verified and was told a TSB was on this car for this exact reason. Also found out from new dealership there was a oil leak that was supposedly fixed by brunswick mazda that is still occurring.

Bought a new vehicle, lets just say do your homework across the north east and akronCar market areas before buying anything here. I got a good deal. But they were very dishonest (Joel) about what they actually had in inventory and stated our vehicle had options that it did not. Not to happy with this place.Yes, they sell toyota (chrysler)and mazda same. They are an auto mart. I would go elsewhere especially if you dont know thecar number game. (Joel) is a common sales manager salesman sales lead manager who cares,, he gets really mad when you have your facts straight and numbers down. I personally would not go here ever again had not being in the position of having leverage from all other dealers in the area with quotes and ballpark numbers over the phone and email. Get quotes from every dealer you can across northeast ohio. Remember these guys HAVE to sell cars you do not have to buy them,,,,Do it all over the phone these guys want you to come in if they wont give you ball park numbers on the phone hang up and call the next dealer on the list....that will treatvyou as a customer!No reason to if you know your numbers and vehicle you want i do not like the customer service in this place it was CHAOS TO SAY THE LEAST not pleasant experience

They low balled my wife's trade in and refused to give us an explanation for why they were making such a low offer. They also refused to negotiate. They gave her $700. I just looked at their website and they are selling her trade for $12,000. I won't buy a car from any Brunswick Automart dealerships again.

I took my Mazda in last week for a routine oil change and found out that I needed more work done on the rear brakes. I like to understand what is going on and the team was more than accommodating to my wishes. In fact, they were patient and willing to entertain all the questions I had, of which I am grateful. Thanks to Bill and Devin at the desk and Josh the mechanic who works behind the scenes to make it all possible!

I’ve tried to get my warranty from them since both of my leases were coming to an end. I went up four times and they gave me different answers each time. Same thing when calling, or at least when you can get through, since they like to hang up. They don’t know what they are doing and are a complete joke of a dealership. Brunswick Auto mart makes sure to train the employees to be rude and make sure the customer never gets what needs to be done. They only care about selling and after that you are dead to them. Stay away and go to a real dealership.
