I took my car in for a recall fuel pump replacement. There was no apparent problem before or after the replacement. I did, however, find (2) brand new seat cushion pad grommets lying on the floor mat in the back seat area after the work was done. I pulled up the rear seat to make sure the original seat cushion grommets were still in place & they were. This type of thing does not instill confidence in dealer servicing. Hopefully all is well with the new fuel pump.

We are happy with the outstanding customer service we have received at Brunswick Auto Mart Subaru. This is our second Forester and are loving the upgraded features Subaru has incorporated.

I ordered a part from their on-line website. The charge immediately went through so I figured that I would see my order in 3 or 4 days. Three days later I received an email that they were cancelling the order because they didn't have the part & that it would take a couple of weeks to issue a refund. It sure would have been nice if their ordering system actually checked inventory prior to taking the order.

This was a wonderful car-buying experience! They were very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. They found the right vehicle for us, and gave us a very fair trade-in price. We will be willing to drive the extra distance to buy from this dealership again. Highly recommend!

5+ stars (after working in the industry, a rating like this from me was definitely earned and not just given). I worked with salesman Chris Walsh and my experience was great from the second I walked in to the second I drove off the lot in my brand new truck. Chris really knows his brand thoroughly and answered all of my questions in depth and made sure I understood. He was honest and fair and got me into a new truck at the price point I was looking for. He went above and beyond by going through and find incentives I may qualify for to get my payment even lower, something I should have done before walking in. Chris then followed up with me the next day to assure I’m still happy in my new truck and to wish me a great time on vacation!! That in itself is remarkable, he listened to me as his customer, intently and didn’t just treat me as “another sale” which is appreciated and respected. I look forward to working with Chris in the future and will definitely refer my friends and family to him and Brunswick Auto Mart!

Brunswick Subaru was extremely helpful and transparent in handling my older Forester. I really appreciated the time and fairness of their care. I even got to go back in the bay to see what what the tech was saying about my engine. I've always had great service there since 2010.

David handled my service visit with promptness . Explained whole process completely . Followed up during service VISIT to update me with the progress . Got my vehicle washed for me . Everything was great as usual . Will continue to get my two Subarus serviced at Brunswick Subaru . Keep up the great work .

I had an extended warranty on my dashboard as the leather had come unglued. On 1/27/2020 pictures were taken by Brunswick Auto Service and a dash board was ordered. I called multiple times following up with the dash as I was told due to Covid it was on back order. I called again and was told it was no longer covered. I spoke with the service manager who promised to look into it and return my call. After several unreturned messages I gave up. I would not recommend this service shop for any recalls or extended warranty repairs.
