This is the vet I would recommend to everyone with a fur baby. We tragically lost our kitty from a heart condition and the doctor and staff here were so comforting and kind and helped ease my pain and even sent us flowers. They are not one of those clinics that are about making the most profit, they are really for helping the animal. They went above and beyond for us. Truly the best clinic around.

We recently transferred care for our dachshund from Animal and Avian over to Brunswick Animal Hospital. We spent a year trying to figure out what was wrong with his eye (food allergy? infection?) and after one visit at Brunswick Animal Hospital, they figured out the issue and it is now resolved. This honestly saved us so much money because the prior vet was recommending a bunch of different treatments that honestly did not make sense to us, hence the 2nd opinion and now transfer of care. Dr. O'Donnell and staff were patient with us, listened and in the end, helped fix the issue our poor little guy has been having with his eye for over a year. We cannot say enough good things about this place and intend on transferring the care of our other dachshund as well.

Brought in a stray cat 1 week after picking her up for a wellness check and rabies vaccinations. Somehow, after putting a $70 deposit down, that office visit still cost us well over $500. And in that almost $600 visit, the veterinarian somehow missed that this stray cat was at least 2 weeks pregnant. I don't know how it didn't seem pertinent to do an ultrasound on a STRAY FEMALE CAT during a wellness visit, but I guess this litter of kittens is a nice way to try and ensure repeat business. We unfortunately don't know the condition these kittens will be in as it is not advised to vaccinate during pregnancy, but I guess that's our problem now, not for them to worry about. The kittens were since terminated by vet recommendation, which has traumatized our cat.
The pricing is ridiculous for how much they seem to miss. This would have been an easy catch if everyone did their jobs correctly, but they were too busy trying to schedule the $1,500 worth of dental work they recommended.
I'll take my animals anywhere else for treatment from now on.

My vet was on vacation and of course my puppy decided to start limping, like dragging her leg (on a holiday weekend no less!). I had no idea what was wrong. My vet's receptionist suggested seeing if a local vet could fit us in. Brunswick Animal hospital was my second call (the first call was to their other division in Strongsville). They graciously fit us in! The vet did an awesome job evaluating our girl, Maple. He felt she likely pulled a muscle somehow when she was outside. He prescribed some pain meds and advised that if she wasn't better by mid week we should bring her back in and they would need to do some x-rays. I appreciated the willingness to fit us in and give us some positive reassurance without having us spend money on x-rays that were possibly not needed.

I won't be taking any animal I have to this clinic again. The pricing is ridiculous for how much they seem to miss. This would have been an easy catch if everyone did their jobs correctly. But they were too busy trying to quote us $1600 for dental repairs.

I wanted to say the care and service here has improved tremendously. Dr. Cairns did a great job with my cat. He was on the floor to help easy how anxious my cat was at time. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Thanks to him and his team my fur baby is with me for awhile longer.
