I will never buy from here again. It took 11 days to deliver my order. After 9 days without any news, my bank cancelled the payment because they did not complete the order. I bought the parts from a local official VW dealer. On the 9th I received an email that the order was being sent. I contacted them to cancel the shipment because it was not paid for. The package had not yet left, but they did not want to cancel it and charged my card again. Cheap things end up being expensive. Time is worth a lot of money.

Purchased a plastic fuel line that was sent in a bubble mailer. Received damaged. Contacted company and got the runaround.
Said contact Extend for a replacement. They said damaged packages are not included with them.
Wouldn't take my chances with a business that has NO customer support.
Take your money?? Send you damaged package then won't refund or send another.
I even offered them to send it back to them.

You will be okay if you allow for extra time and accept that there might be a hic-up or 2.
Best part - Awesome alternative to Dealerships, if you want to stay with OEM parts.
Worse Part - Providing Piece of Mind on Orders: NO PHONE NUMBER for customer service or order Questions.
I placed 2 orders for 1 project.
ORDER 1 - MISSING PARTS ON ORIGINAL DILEVERY -
I ordered a set of parts and only hardware showed, No parts on the 1st shipping attempt. This caused a delay in receiving the order. Communicating what went wrong was painful since communication had to be done through e-mail and it took a few bath & forth emails until the problem was understood. Could have clear it up via phone in one day instead of many days. Upon receiving the order, packaging quality was not to OEM standard. Some hardware was damaged but as painful as it is to communicate, I had to cut my loss in this situation.
ORDER 2 - SHIPPING ISSUES, CURRENTLY WAITING FOR ATTEMP #2 TO ARRIVE.
On the 1st attempt to ship my order, the shipment quickly was returned to sender, according to shipping site for :
"Damaged in transit - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper".
After acknowledging the shipping error, a couple days later attempt #2 was shipped. It looks like a slower shipping method was selected on the 2nd attempt by the sender (Home Delivery vs Ground Economy). The package made it to a shipping company's location within the next day BUT has been sitting at that shipping location for a week now and we're on day 15 of when my original order was placed.
Now knowing the reason why Order #2 was return to sender on the 1st attempt, I have a concern that the parts might be damaged if the 1st attempt had a "Damaged package" note.
I was going to wait until all orders had been successfully received and inspected to write a review but at this point not sure when that will be....
Writing this primarily for Business improvement not to discourage potential customers.

Purchased a set of 4Runner wheels, along with the set of center caps and couldn't be happier. Great prices for OEM parts and fast shipping - couldn't be happier. Highly recommending BAM WHOLESALE.

I ordered an OEM Tow Hitch Receiver and wiring harness from Bam Wholesale. The hitch arrived missing 4 parts. I contacted them and explained what happened. From the first email with Bam Wholesale they acted like I had done something wrong, and every communication I received from them was rude. They eventually agreed to pay for S/H of the hitch back to them but refused to pay for S/H to return the wiring harness. I ordered the parts at the exact same time and the wiring harness is next to useless without the hitch. Horrible customer service, I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money with a company that treats customers this way.

In the last 6 months between 3 orders, BAM Wholesale does better where most OEM part sites don't. I recently did a brake and suspension overhaul for a 10th gen Corolla. Within an hour of submitting this 30+ part order, I got an email saying that they didn't have two of the parts, that they were going to update their database, and apologized. Additionally, giving me the option of cancelling the entire order or moving on without those two. Consistent communication between them and myself went on over the next 18 hours and the rest of the order was shipped out quickly afterwards. My only gripe would be that no order slip or invoice was included in my order to check off the parts, but that's nothing I couldn't solve myself since a detailed parts list was included with my purchase email.
Because of this recent experience, I would like to believe BAM will serve you well as they did me.

Perfect fit on a body part for a Mazda CX-9. The quote from the local dealership was for TWICE as much money! I saved 50% and got a genuine Mazda part delivered in four days (including a weekend) from BAM. The shipping costs were very reasonable and a fourth the price of other websites for such a large body piece. BAM's VIN verification ensured that I was getting the right part for my car. I couldn't be happier and will be ordering all of my future parts from BAM!

Great store. I purchased a set of headlights for my new Jeep - discovered after unboxing that one had a minor defect. Not bad enough to prevent me from using (I’ll be able to repair). Anyway, national stock on these are very low at the moment, and I asked if they would provide a partial refund to account for the defect. A few emails back and forth with customer service to discuss, and they sent me a refund back immediately. Excellent customer service - I will definitely use them again in the future if I need more parts.

Unreal customer service. Ordered wheels for my 4Runner and one came in with slight damage. I sent a picture asking what their thoughts were. They didn’t hesitate at all to replace it and send shipping label for return of the damaged wheel. Will be buying all mods from here going forward!!! Looking for more now!
