“I have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The AM part of the radio was not working. The service advisor Stephanie had a service technician look the issue and said I needed a new radio. It was out of warranty and I would be stuck with the bill. When I arrived next to have the new radio installed, I mentioned about the radio warranty, which led to Stephanie calling into our conversation the service manager Robert J. Moore. He did some interrogating of the radio system and ended up resetting the system which fixed the issue!!! Had it not been for Robert, I would have had an unnecessary radio replacement and be out $500. Robert J Moore was beyond helpful. Honest and straightforward. He said before the position he now holds, he is a Chrysler Master Tech. I highly endorse Robert and his customer service abilities. Unfortunately. I cannot say the same for the Service advisor named Stephanie...not very friendly and certainly didn't take any interest in finding a solution short of a total radio replacement. I've bought several jeeps from Brunswick and overall have been happy with the dealership.”
