Abother incredible experience with Reichard Chevrolet today. Ragon and Larry in the parts department were phenomenal! I had never met either of them before today but it felt like we had been friends for 30 years !! OUTSTANDING Customer Care ?

Terrible experience with Reichard! Went up there with my family to buy a car, found one we wanted at another location, was told they could do a dealer trade, that they'd call us about it when it would be ready. They never called us back. I called instead, and they told me it had sold. That was a lie because I called the other place that had the car and they told me Reichard never contacted them. So I was pretty upset, on top of still never hearing back from them still. I guess we're just not buying an expensive enough of a car for them to be interested in helping us. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

Had a good experience yesterday buying an old Chevy Silverado. The salesman that helped me was Brayden Marlow, and he was very easy to work with. They worked with me on my trade and we came to a fair agreement pretty fast. They were very accommodating in letting me take the truck on two long test drives since it was a pretty old used truck that I was buying. They let me take it on a long drive and really give it a good inspection. Very happy and comfortable with my purchase.

The team here is incredibly kind, incredibly patient, and very accommodating. I found myself in a tight spot needing a vehicle immediately, and they were able to help me get set up, taken care of, and off the lot in my new-to-me vehicle in no time. A wonderful experience and a fantastic team!

Body shop is a joke I sat there for over a hour and said nothing was wrong with it when literally I have had multiple mechanics say it needs repaired.

I took off work to have my truck worked on. My appointment was at 10am. They told me that it would take 3 or 4 hours. 4 1/2 hours later, they hadn't even touched my truck. I will never do business with Reichard again!

Horrible sales experience! Purchased a used vehicle that had a hole in the radiator, obviously had never been inspected as the overflow tank was full of stop leak and all fluids were low including the antifreeze. After arriving home from the dealership we received a call that we need to resign a title as the mileage listed on the white title doesn't match the true mileage on the vehicle. The car was purchased on 6/10, first payment due 7/25. We have yet to receive anything from the financial institution so we called them on 7/15 to find out how we can make a payment only to be told they have NO ACCOUNT for this car as the dealership JUST SENT THE PAPERWORK today 7/15. We cannot even attempt to make a payment as an account/account number doesn't exist. This is absolutely the worst dealership to exist and I don't know how they are still in business.

Requested an out of state inspection. They said to bring title. I told them I need inspection (verification of VIN) to get title, I asked for Manager. He refused to do inspection. I called White Allen and extra 15 mile drive. They said all they need is the car come in any time.
