I've done business with this shop many times. How I've never thought about a review is beyond me. Absolutely fantastic customer service and no sales person poop vibes. It's hard to describe the way they help and offer good factual info about your purchase or things you may want to know in regards to its use, legality ect.
Ps: swag is cool :)
Have went well beyond normal expectations of a customer, business relationship.

Great selection and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I bought all the parts for a 300blk AR upper and they had it build for me free of charge by the next day. I took it home to run a couple mags, but had issues (with my lower, not their fault) and returned same day. John was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and offered me a few different solutions. Top notch parts, selection, staff and attitude here. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Went in on Black Friday with my 7 y/o daughter for a scope for her 22lr. Selection was 0 out of 10. Service was a 2 out of 10. Never an offer from the sales person to help her find a suitable option to order. Follow up on Facebook was also a 2 out 10. Great place for an AR build not for a beginner child and a long gun.

The best firearm dealership for new firearms within a 40 mile radius easily. Fantastic customer support. Great people that work in there that are very intelligent and take the time to teach you something rather than just sell you and let you leave. Can’t recommend enough.

From start to finish, for beginners and experts, JJ Gun Supply has it all. I have made two large purchases here (a long gun and a pistol). They have a large selection of every type of firearms for hunting, target shooting, and home defense. They stock every imaginable accessory and almost every caliber of ammunition. If you plan on making a purchase, make sure to bring your ID and some form of government issued mail with your address on it.
