BEWARE! Said he would take a business check. When I went to pick up my truck he said "cash only, I dont care what i said, pay me or im keeping your truck". This is not how to do business.

Howell's Automotive Repair Business has been here in Brookville, OH. Many Years. A Family Business not Commercial Plastic false promises place. The owner always, works hard at getting the job done right not sloppy and fast, then fixing the problems if any ! My friends, that have gotten work done here over the years, all have had seriously good work done.. ? So, I've Never had a wreak before! "Sept 2021/ At 63 yrs"I had my first front-end smash & When my car was dropped off at the house the guys got the bad off and replaced all the broken parts, the crushed metal was reformed and bought skins ( hood, fender, bumper/front-end) from wreak yard. I got New tire and wheel, strut, lower control arm and some more? then it needed Paint.. I checked all around. EVERYONE was so expensive.$$! I really wanted Howell's to paint it. But, A van wreaked into the Automotive Repair Business, smashed it up good & caught on fire. ?1/2 of Howell's Business was burned up I was sure they were closed. ?I called and found out they were working and open.☕. I Got a great estimate when I took the car over then, just dropped it off... I Got it back today,? Looks Great. They did extra work, took dents out of hood, mounted the bumper/front-end and fender. Paint is fresh, clean "Great job"

they painted my 26 ft 2006 gooseneck horse trailer, as well as the inside area where the horses are. what an AWESOME job Mike and his crew did. it looks brand new. I would highly recommend them. I cant wait to show it off.

Mike did amazing fixing my vehicle after being in an accident. He even took it upon himself to fix a few spots where paint had chipped that weren’t caused from the accident. Very pleased with the work he did & I definitely recommend him!!

Mike Howell is an absolute POS that does not pay his bills. Established open credit, placed several orders for supplies and when it came time to pay he kept telling me the "check would be in the mail Friday". Never received payment, and had to turn him over to collections. I would avoid doing any kind of business with this company.
