In the beginning everything was all good..communication was great with receiving updates however texts were very bland..Therefore I would make phone calls to them for clarification. The response would be with attitude. and at times I felt disrespected.. They had my car for 6 weeks. I made several visits to their shop and was always told a different story for the delay. At this point I’m fed up with excuses. I therefore told Christy how I felt about her aggressiveness and disrespect. I called my Adjuster and shared my experience and they apologized because this is one of their referral places…I received my car and they did a good job…However all the in between was disappointing.
Therefore 5Star work and 2Star customer service….Good customer service is everything!!!!.

2.5 years later and still dont have the parts (grill and transmission cooler) to finish the repairs. They lost a bolt that bolts the skid plate to the front bumeper, that's ok they stuck another in there that doesnt even fit.The paint doesn't match the other side of my vehicle... Very disappointed in going here

They have Awesome workers who were helpful and courteous.When I came in to visit I was upset about my car being totaled Angie reassured me that she would take great care of me. And She most certainly did.

I would have rated 5 star, it took almost 3 months for a wiring harness to be secured to finish my vehicle. GM should be embaressed!

Reichard Buick and Chevy made my experience very smooth and easy. The repair done by Pat was awesome and handled very professionally by Angie in the office. I will always be taking my car here for any repairs in the future.
