I would like to tell everyone to ignore the negative review that I left earlier today regarding the phone system of this clinic. This animal hospital is VERY professional and they WILL take excellent care of your pets. I did not fully understand thier phone system and in my impatience, I left a negative review that they did NOT deserve. I would like to apologize for my actions.

I was visiting the area and my dogs eye looked strange. they were able to see us same day. The vet was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Brought in a stray cat that we trapped to get evaluated and everything went well! Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable and made sure we knew about all of our options. Overall an amazing experience!

Unfortunately my experience was very sad and horrible. Spent $500 for a vet who knew nothing about cats. Our beautiful 17 year old cat died only weeks after a visit here. They did lab work and xray and our kitty was very sick but she said she couldn't find anything. Told us come back in six months. Our kitty got worse so we took her to a fabulous ER and she was diagnosed with kidney failure which progressed and we had to put her down. The vet there said that the vet at Brookville Hospital should have caught it with out any problem. Please be careful taking your cat here. Still a pain we can't get over

The absolute best vet we've been too in the area! All the staff are super friendly and what says it all is that when my dogs walk in they go right to the staff. Will continue to go back!

Horrible place to take your animals!!! They failed to properly diagnose my dog which now might cause him his eye. The staff seems very uneducated.

Everyone is so friendly and they care so much about every pet that walks through the door, and it shows. I love taking my two dogs to Brookville Animal Hospital and I will continue to bring my pets there. I cannot say enough great things about everyone that works there and the care that’s provided to pets, they’re amazing!

Had many appointments before finally being diagnosed with bronchitis and asthma. Put on steriods and told to pick up a medication that was on back order and $180. When asked to call medication in to different location accused of buying medication and then selling it. Then waited weeks to get an inhaler because it wasn't in, when in reality they were waiting for an attachment not the inhaler, that they tried to sell for $80 when I could've bought it from Chewy for $60 and have gotten it quicker. Took him for additional bloodwork and x-rays at my job. My cat does not have asthma.
