Horrible customer service. Rude, unavailable, I wish it was all digital. Then when I misspoke about how much gas I needed I was informed they couldn't change thr amount even before I paid. He informed me there for an atm in store. It's not that I didn't have the money at all just had only grabbed $20 in cash. Speedway is a much better option!!!

AS I WENT INTO THE GAS STATION TODAY AT 3.20 A EMPLOYEE WITH GLASSES SAYS O GOD! I TOLD THE LADY AT THE COUNTER SHE SAID SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES HIPOCRITICAL JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE THE GUY HAD DARK HAIR AND GLASSES

This isn't the first time I've had poor customer service there. But tonight when I came in there was nobody else in the store and two possibly three employees were sitting at the bar on their phone instead of the counter for a few minutes before I eventually had to say hello. An older lady who had given me poor customer service before was terrible again. Shouldn't make the customer feel stupid you can't make a mistake on the register and then blame me. Also I tried to use a cigarette coupon she looked at my phone as I showed her the Newport app answer if it was the correct address so I can select the coupon she said yes and once I selected it she told me that they can't take the coupons and she had no way to enter into the system so my monthly savings was wasted

You can pay at the pump for gas but I guess that's it. My wife went inside for some sodas and no cashiers. People were waiting with their items at the register to pay but no workers to take the money. One was emptying the garbage cans by the pumps. The other was smoking a cigarette near the entrance on her phone. Great way to do business.

The BP staff are friendly and I love that they sell real gas, it's all I use in my mowers and motorcycles.

The pump selects 93 even after I select 87 for my vehicle. Difference is over a dollar more per gallon
